The holiday house is located in the pleasant residential complex Casas Blancas, at the foot of the beach sand, with gardens and communal pool, in the quiet residential area of ​​Parque de Mont-roig, with restaurant, bar-cafeteria and beach bar, 1 km from the center of Miami Platja.

The vacation home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4-6 people. It is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor: living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and garden-terrace with barbecue, and on the first floor: 1 double bedroom with balcony overlooking the sea, 1 bedroom with two beds, and bathroom with shower .

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishes, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

Cote : Maison hyper bien située, les pieds dans l eau, piscine et mer, jardin extérieur avec barbecue. Cote - : Dommage que nous avons du faire le menage à notre arrivee, trop sale. La climatisation etait défectueuse. La salle de bain est a refaire , la pome de douche datée vraiment. Sinon super spot.

Kamen nun schon zum 5. Mal. Wieder alles super geklappt. Besonders auch zu erwähnen die flexible An- und Abreisezeit am Sonntag. Wäsche war da und auch sonst alles. Vielen Dank. Hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. 1-2 scharfe Küchenmesser wären toll.

Urlaub im September 2018

Das Klima war sehr angenehm und immer noch warm. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und hatte alles Notwendige. Die Lage ist ideal (unmittelbar am Meer). Für einen Familienurlaub genau das Richtige. Die Satellitenschüssel war defekt und musste ausgetauscht werden. Der Strom war nicht durchgehend vorhanden (2 Mal ausgefallen in 2 Wochen). Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub!

Ein toller Urlaub

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach toll. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Ausflugstips gegeben. Frühstücken und das Meer rauschen hören, was gibt es schöneres. Wir haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Die Klimaanlage hat gestunken und wurde daher nicht benutzt. Insgesamt war es im oberen Geschoss sehr muffig, weil es keine funktionierende Lüftung im Bad gab und die feuchte Duschluft immer in die Zimmer gezogen ist. Eines der einzelnen Betten im rechten Zimmer quietscht bei jeder Drehung.

Schade dass Sie es nicht direkt vor Ort in der Rezeption gemeldet haben, so hätten wir es direkt reargiert und verbessert, danke. Gepflegte Anlage ( Pool / Rasen etc.) sehr gute Lage zum Meer Gute Anbindung zur Stadt eventuell sollte man über Fahrrad-Verleih nachdenken Die Ferinehäuser sollte doch langsam etwas besser eingerichtet werden. Die Betten sind doch wirklich durch. Schränke und Küchenutensilien sollte auch mal überarbeitet werden.
