The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed and adjacent kitchenette. There is also a large outdoor terrace where you can have lunch enjoying the beautiful landscape (sea and Mediterranean scrub) and a garden.
The house is equipped with everything (dishes, linen, washing machine, air conditioning or heated by air conditioner). The entire house is fenced, with a driveway gate and pedestrian gate and has 2 parking spaces. The garden is c. about 200 square meters.
The beach is 150 meters away. usable both free and with Lido.
At 50 meters. there is a mini market and 100 meters. newsagent, tobacconists, restaurants and various clubs.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura a 5 minuti a piedi da un mare stupendo con spiaggia libera La villetta è bellissima e curata nei dettagli, fornita di tutto,fresca nonostante il caldo perché ventilata, giardino con tavolo e doccia esterna comodissima. Ottima casa in posizione strategica su Lido di Noto

Ottima posizione a meno di 300 m da una splendida spiaggia appartata rispetto al lido principale. Parcheggio interno e giardino ampio con barbecue a disposizione completano il corredo di una casetta giusta par una vacanza al mare per famiglie. La posizione rialzata le garantisce una ventilazione quasi costante tanto che l'aria condizionata l'abbiamo utilizzata veramente di rado. Consigliata.
