Beautiful & brand new top floor 2 bedroom apt. Full amenities. Quiet location.

Recently purchased our brand new 2 bed /2 bath apartment. This top floor property offers spacious and comfortable accommodation - Entrance hall, Lounge and dining area, Fully fitted kitchen with integrated AEG electrical goods including washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, Induction hob, Oven and built-in fridge freezer.
The main bathroom is located off the entrance hall along with 1 x Twin bedroom and 1 Master bedroom with ensuite shower. The apartment is fully furnished inclusive of bedlinen and bath towels (beach and pool towels are NOT provided ) and finally with dining Al fresco on the outside terrace with great sea views where we have a table and 6 chairs.

This private condominium also has a shared pool for residents/ guests of our block.
There is plenty of off- road parking at the front of the block, but if required, we also have secure underground parking for one car.
Located at the entrance of Quarteira in a quiet location yet only within 450m (walking) to the beach, bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are also nearby.
For children there is the Aquashow waterslide park and further afield the amazing Zoo Marine offering a swim with Dolphins experience. Both well worth a visit
There are many good local restaurants to choose from, which should suit everyone's individual tastes.
Vilamoura Marina ( 10mins by car ). Faro ( 20mins by car ). For those of you who are golfers, we have the famous 5 star Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golf courses (10 mins by car)

Beautiful large apartment!

We were instantly impressed when we walked into thin apartment! Bright and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deck was massive wrapping around the entire 2 sides of the apartment. It had everything we needed and more. I loved being able to do laundry and hang it up on the drying rack to dry. The fridge and freezer had more than enough space and we would put 1.5L water bottles to freeze to take on our excursions. The grocery store was a 3 minute drive away. The beach was a 7-8 minute walk. Karen, the host was very patiently waiting at the apartment for our arrival. The fridge was stocked with basic necessities including milk, tassimo pods for the coffee maker, eggs, large melon, bananas, crackers and more. We highly recommend this apartment. It was very comfortable for our first trip to Portugal from Canada. Thank you Karen :)

A perfect family holiday

Karen was a truly welcoming host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She set us off on the right foot with a thoughtful welcome gift of nibbles — a lovely touch.The apartment is finished to a high standard: very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. There was plenty of space for three adults and a teenager, with lots of wardrobe storage. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed — cookware, utensils, and appliances — plus a kitchen table, an indoor dining table, and a large outdoor dining table on the balcony.Extras like a large TV, iron and ironing board, and reliable WiFi made everything easy and convenient. The modern living and dining areas were bright and comfortable, and the spacious terrace was a real highlight — perfect for outdoor meals, morning sunbathing, and relaxing in the cooler evenings with a sea view.The communal pool has sun loungers, a nice space!The location is ideal. There’s a great local supermarket within walking distance, and Lidl is also nearby. Ubers are inexpensive — about 6 to Aquashow Water Park (get there early!) 12 to Albufeira and 5 to the Vilamoura marina. You can also walk to the marina if you’re up for it — it’s around 6km. Quarteira Beach is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, it’s easy to get to from the area.For restaurants etc.. we would recommend BJ’s Oceanside — be sure to book well in advance. We also liked Casa da Vila Madeira in Quarteira — for hanging kebabs. Would highly recommend.

O alojamento é tudo o que se descreve e mais alguma coisa. Dois quartos amplos, duas casas de banho de bom tamanho, uma sala grande, uma boa cozinha e um terraço à volta de onde se pode ver o mar, o meu local preferido para o pequeno almoço, precisamente na mesa que se vê nas fotos. Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo e cuidado e ainda devemos agradecer a atenção da Karen ao deixar-nos no frigorífico alguns artigos de consumo que nos deram muito jeito nos primeiros dias. A piscina, está bem cuidada e limpa; apesar de não ser muito grande ou funda, ao destinar-se apenas a um condomínio de 16 inquilinos, é mais que suficiente, apenas uma das vezes que lá estivemos, tivemos companhia.

Vaste appartement récent et très propre

Accueil sympathique de Karen. L'appartement est grand, bien agencé et très propre. Le parking souterrain est un avantage pour ne pas souffrir du soleil. Très calme, mais à cette saison, il y a peu de tourisme. Le point de vue au premier plan n'est pas des mieux, mais cela offre du calme. La terrasse est grande et idéale pour y passer un agréable moment. Le centre et le bord de mer sont proches tout comme deux grands supermarchés à 10 mn de voiture. Quant à la TV seules 3 chaines en Français sont accessibles (M6, TV5 et BFM TV), mais on compense par la lecture! Bref semaine très agréable.

Just as described

We had a lovely relaxing break. Karen the owner was very welcoming and even provided more than just basics so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket on arrival day! I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine (home from home) ,air conditioning and terrace. The choice of great beaches are a short, easy walk 10min . Supermarket 5 min walk or if you drive Lidl is only 5 min drive. Quarteira has many restaurants and a few shops, lovely promenade, we walked to Vilamoura as there is a boardwalk that joins the two areas, this took a leisurely 45 mins where there is a lovely harbour and again more restaurants and a few shops.

Fantastic Appartment

This Appartment is beautiful and has everything you need for fantastic holiday. Located only 5 minutes away from the beach and a number of lovley restaurants it is just perfect. Karen and her husband were the icing on the cake, from the first point of contact to the final good bye. If you are looking for a stress free holiday in a high quality Appartment , this is it .

Stunning Apartment

We travelled as a family Dad,Mum,G22,B17 to the Algarve in July 16 (for the 10th year in a row) and stayed in this apartment in a quiet area of Quarteira. We all agreed this is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in - everything you could want was there wifi,dishwasher,cable,air-con,bbq etc. and all the equipment was brand new and top quality. Karen the owner met us personally and showed us around and how everything worked then provided us with provisions in the fridge (bread,milk,fruit,wine etc.) so we could immediately relax. Beach is a short walk - pool though small is virtually your own and there are plenty of restaurants and a Lidl supermarket also within walking distance. In our whole 10 days we could not fault anything and recommend all aspects esp. our ever helpful host Karen. Many Thanks Stephen & Hazel,Jayne & Adam

Originally born and still having family in Singapore, my Parents moved to the UK where I lived for 18 yrs. Making a huge decision to move to Portugal - no regrets, made a new life, married and have lots of Portuguese friends. Portugal without doubts is a fantastic place in which to live.

Why they chose this property

I love Portugal and the beautiful Weather during the summer months - what better idea than to get a holiday apartment near the beach. My husband and I looked at a few properties for sale but as soon as we saw this apartment, it brought a big smile to my face.......:) Brand new, it had the views, the light, the well designed lay-out....... what more could we ask for.
I even pictured all the furniture insitu immediately - the hard part was finding what I had imagined but finally that was done. This apartment has been furnished with love and hopefully all our guests will enjoy it and have a relaxing and well-deserved holiday.
