About this property

The Farmhouse at Partridge Lodge

Currently a wonderful kitchen with optional AGA and all mod cons. There are two sitting rooms with wood burner and an open fire. Also a large garden with optional Hot Tub off of the utility room with toy shed and swings, also a grounds Sauna near the pond.Two of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize). Downstairs there's a 5th bedroom with a single bed off the kitchen with a separate shower room and toilet.

We hope you had a wonderful stay. Our checkout time is 10:30am unless agreed. Please check any extras (like dog stay at £10 per day) are settled, cash is preferred but we can provide bank details.
If you could please strip beds, place rubbish in the correct bins outside, leave keys on the kitchen table and turn heating down to 8 degrees that would really helpful.

Our plan has always been, and remains, that Partridge Lodge should be a relaxing, interesting and fun place for friends and families to come and spend their much prized holiday time. We hopefuly provide everything you need to get your holiday started including BBQ's, child friendly equipment that we know from our own experiences of little ones that can lead to heavy and rather bulky packing.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the old Partridge Farm back in 2007 and have had 18 happy years converting and changing the outbuildings towards holiday lettings, with many family and friends gatherings including the special wedding's.
