Aloha and welcome to Alii Kai 4-103, our updated oceanfront condo in Princeville, Kauai.

In this ground floor unit on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you can walk out of the lanai and enjoy breathtaking view and feel the trade wind on your face. Every room has an unforgettable oceanfront view. There is a ceiling fan in every room and the trade winds to keep you cool year-round. In the winter, you can see whales frolicking in the water from the lanai. In the summer, there is snorkeling at the beach below the condominium complex.

There are miles of walking paths in Princeville. Your will enjoy access to open green space, outdoor pool, and barbecues in the complex. Parking is mere steps away.

The condo boasts fully equipped kitchen with high-end cookware, Bosch appliances, and quartz countertop. There are new 55” and 65” TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom with WiFi and cable connection. There is a washer and drier in the unit.

Fantastic unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in unit 4103 couldn’t have been better. The view from the back lanai is spectacular. The unit itself was clean, well organized, and felt as comfortable as home. If you like to cook, the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and appliances, and I really appreciated the thought put into the utensils - sharp knives being top of the list. All around lovely place. Would stay here again!

Very disappointing - cheaply appointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we booked our condo we wanted the same one we had in 2019 because it had two master bedrooms with bathrooms. We were told we were given a comproble unit. IT WAS NOT!! It is awkward sharing a condo with another couple when one couple gets the small bedroom without its own bathroom. Also, they need to warn you that normal accommodations are not supplied. It blew us away that we had to go buy toilet paper, napkins, paper plates and paper towels. SERIOUSLY??!! At $400+ per night you would think it wasn’t that cheaply stocked!! Also the condo is pretty worn out looking with very uncomfortable beds. The patio furniture was terrible and worn out. All the other decks and balconies had much nicer, comfortable furniture. The view was great and we appreciated the binoculars. We will not rent from Ocranfront again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was excellent. Only issue was remodeling going on upstairs which was noisy. Not much sound proofing between floors. Even just walking upstairs is easily heard and can be problematic at night. Also plumbing issues in unit above leading to maintenance entry several times into our unit but that happens and is understandable.
