House is perfect. Sleeps 8. A block-and-a-bit from the beach. Nice covered porch for outdoor dining.

Great house. Great location.

Really nice. The house has everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely covered patio for outdoor lounging and eating. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. And it’s not much more than one block from the ocean.

Belmar getaway!

Great location, plenty of beach chairs & towels, cart helped taking everything to beach too. We loved the deck & having access to grill. There were some issues that occurred , but hosts not available to handle so we had to find solutions ourselves. Belmar is a nice quiet beach area with some good restaurants. We would come to Belmar beach again.

Excellent house

The house is great. My family and I felt that it was actually nicer than as shown in the photos. The huge covered outdoor deck has comfortable lounge chairs and a large dining table where we ate most meals. There is also an indoor dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and space in the basement that is ideal if you need to get away to work. The yard has enough space for q kickball game. There are board games, a high chair, a beach cart, beach umbrellas, and tons of beach chairs. Parking for two cars, as described, is a must on weekend. Great location, a block from the beach, and walking distance to downtown and train station. Two caveats: The kids' playhouse in the yard wasn't in condition to be used, and we didn't get advance notice of that. Also, though bed and bath linens are provided, it might be a good idea to bring some of your own, since you are required to do the laundry before checking out at 10am - a tall order if you have 8 people's bed linens, bath and beach towels. We would absolutely stay there again if we decide to do another extended family vacation in Belmar.

Amazing location - a block from the beach with a beautiful back yard and covered back porch. Well stocked kitchen with utensils/dishware. Highly recommend.

Great get away!

Bridget and Frank were awesome hosts! The house was equipped with everything we needed and was conveniently located a block from the beach and a short walk to town! The back deck is amazing! Overall a fantastic week away!

Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and neat, and only 1 block to the beach. We loved the outdoor space in the evening, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the grandchildren. The owner supplied the paper goods, and there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and even a beach cart which was very helpful! Also included were four beach passes. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic property - great location!

The location can not be beat - one block to beach, including small shops and burritos/ice cream, etc. Great layout of the house allows for plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful outdoor covered dining area is great for family dinners and game nights. Fenced back yard is spacious and good for children. Layout of bedrooms is great for varied ages (teens can be downstairs, younger kids upstairs) and two different tv areas allow for everyone to be happy. Speedy wi-fi also a huge plus! We really appreciated the "extra" touches - placemats/tablecloths; wine glasses; lovely decor; etc. Very well stocked - plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, etc. Walking distance (5 - 10 mins) to plenty of restaurants, shops, drug store, etc. The owners were very efficient and pleasant to deal with - overall a great experience for the entire family! We will definately rent again when we are in the area.
