The open plan kitchen/lounge has a sofa and TV area.
The flat has a private terrace overlooking the garden.

An iron and ironing board are available from the house on request to borrow.

The village of Reedham which is situated on the broads is an even shorter drive away and has 3 pubs, Fish & Chips takeaway and village shop.
