Name of the apartment: THE PRIORY furnished apartment duplex 3-5 T 3 people Dinard city center (near the casino), 100 m from the beach of the Lock, conveniently located (one can not take his car during the stay because everything is close) . You close all the shops and the market. You are in a very quiet street although very central. You can go to the beach with your towel on the shoulder!

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cet appartement tardivement, libre au milieu de l’étĂ©. Notre arrivĂ©e s’est bien passĂ©e, Ă©change courtois. Accueil ok. La propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer (quasi 3h pour notre part Ă  notre arrivĂ©e pour nous sentir bien
nous sommes habituĂ©s aux vrais mĂ©nages pro
). L’appartement ne correspond que partiellement Ă  la description. Les photos sont datĂ©es, l’appartement et le mobilier ont vieilli. Toute la vaisselle est dĂ©pareillĂ©e ce qui tĂ©moigne d’un manque de professionnalisme. DĂšs Ă©quipements mentionnĂ©s Ă©taient absents (lave vaisselle). Il n’ya pas de salle de bain ( douche dans la chambre). Odeurs de cuisine de la friterie dessous par les velux en continu. Vu exclusivement sur les toits dĂ©gradĂ©s de l’immeuble. Absence d’isolation phonique avec l’autre appartement louĂ© (l’étage a Ă©tĂ© sĂ©parĂ© en deux appartements Ă  moindre coĂ»t - placo - porte d’entrĂ©e en plastique surimposĂ©e sur l’ancien cadre en bois, etc.). Bref nous sommes repartis de notre sĂ©jour avec le sentiment d’avoir Ă©tĂ© accueilli par des marchands de sommeil touristiques dont l’objectif de rentabilitĂ© leur a fait oubliĂ© qu’accueillir est un mĂ©tier. si Dinard est incroyable, ce type d’hĂ©bergement nuit clairement Ă  sa renommĂ©e. À vous de voir

EnttĂ€uschend! Die Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern. Man sah nicht das Meer in der Ferne, sondern blickte auf einen Hnterhof und DĂ€cher voller Taubenkot. Entfernung zum Meer doppelt so weit wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Möbel abgenutzt. Eine Lampe war durchgebrochen und verletzte jemanden von uns. Dachfenster nur von einem Stuhl aus schwer zu öffnen. Silikon in der Dusche und DuschkabinentĂŒr undicht und dilettantisch verarbeitet. Keine TĂŒr an Elternschlafzimmer und Bad. Man muss selber putzen, was einem aber erst zwei Tage vor der Anreise mitgeteilt wird, nicht schon bei der Buchung. Geldmacherei.

TrÚs beau séjour dans la belle ville de Dinard ! Appartement trÚs bien situé proche restaurant ,commerce et plages. Il faut juste marcher un peu pour se garer . Nous recommandons ce logement !

Dinard est une trÚs jolie ville, nous avons passé un excellent séjour

l'appartement est bien situé, il répondait exactement à ce que nous souhaitions. La seule difficulté est le parking, il ne faut pas avoir peur de se garer trÚs loin

Appartement bien situé. Au centre de Dinard. Pratique pour les restaurants et les courses. Non loin des plages. Juste à préciser, il n'y a pas de porte pour la chambre double ni pour la salle de bain. Sinon tout est parfait.

Appartement gai , coloré , bien organisé et trÚs bien placé .

Il faut mériter l'accÚs à cet appartement aprÚs 3 étages sans ascenseur . Celui-ci est gai et trÚs propre .Les propriétaires sont accueillants . La situation est trÚs bonne entre centre ville et plage . Une porte pourrait isoler la salle de bain et il manque un lave vaisselle .
