It consists of a large terrace of 50 square meters, offering this, unique panoramic views
of the nature reserve, Montaña Roja which are a real pleasure, since this mountain gives off a very deceiving volcanic energy

It also offers a view of an interesting Spot, the sports services offered by El Médano, Kite Surf, Wind surf and Surf

The interior of the Duplex is set on three different levels, with a capacity for 5 people

On the base floor is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.
The first floor consists of a dining room, free wifi lounge, a distinguished mezzanine with wooden stairs to access this, with a window, which offers a subtle view of the sea, which is located in one of the 3 rooms and the large terrace cited above, which has 4 comfortable hammocks for sunbathing, a terrace dining room and an outdoor shower.
