Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung. Tolle Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung (z.B. mit Kochutensilien) ist etwas dürftig aber ausreichend.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Größe und Ausstattung ist ideal für 4 Erwachsene. Das große Plus ist die riesige Außenterrasse mit uneingeschränkter Sicht direkt über der Promenade und die Außendusche. Carlos ist ein toller Vermieter, der sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert hat. Wir würden wieder mieten.

Emplacement incroyable
Communication parfaite avec le gérant pour la remise des clés. Vue et emplacement fantastique, bruit de la mer 24h sur 24h. Bars, boutiques, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. Chaleur dans les chambres et manque d intimité de la chambre sur la mezzanine.

Meeresrauschen nonstop!
Teneriffa, eine Insel für Wanderer, Naturliebhaber und Wassersportler jeglicher Art. El Medano ist touristisch nicht so überlaufen wie viele andere Orte auf Teneriffa. Obwohl sehr nahe am Flughafen gelegen, bekommt man vom Fluglärm nahezu überhaupt nichts mit. Das Meeresrauschen ist einfach stärker! Besonders wenn man in diesem Appartement wohnt, da der Weg zum Meer nur durch die Promenade getrennt ist. Es gibt einen eigenen Ausgang von der riesigen Dachterrasse zur Promenade und somit auch zum Strand. Die Terrasse bietet den ganzen Tag sonnige und, da teilüberdacht, schattige Bereiche. Genauso gibt es windige und windstille Ecken, also für jede Jahreszeit geeignet. Die Küche beinhaltet alles, was man so braucht um sich selbst zu verpflegen, man sollte allerdings auch die ortsansässige Gastronomie nicht vernachlässigen! Eine halbe Etage über Flur, Bad und Küche liegen Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie die riesige Terrasse. Der Internetanschluss ist sehr schnell und bietet dreistellige Up- und Downloadraten, also voll Streamingtauglich! Eine weitere halbe Etage höher befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum. Beide haben Fenster zur Terrasse und bieten ebenjenes Meeresrauschen, was mir nach unserer Heimkehr wirklich gefehlt hat. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit unserem sehr netten Vermieter funktionierte einfach über Whatsapp und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte perfekt. Die Tiefgarage ist direkt unter dem Haus, so dass nur wenige Stufen mit dem Gepäck zu überwinden sind. Insgesamt einer toller Trip bei tollem Wetter und das im Januar!
