RUSTIC CHIARA, inserted in the green hills of Camaiore

Quiet location, at about 250 m asl, not far from the beaches of Versilia, the Rustico has a large enclosed garden with a lovely gazebo for outdoor dining. The furniture is pleasant and the fireplace gives the house a unique charm. Il Rustico is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. The floor is in terracotta and wood, exposed beams.
The ground floor houses the living area, of about 40 square meters, comprising a large living room, divided between lounge, dining room and cooking area. Upper floor houses the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, with panoramic views of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. An extra bed for children <3 years is available on request. In the bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, hot water system.
The cooking area is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge, toast, oven, two-bowl sink.

Nice house in the mountains

We had a very pleasant stay. The owner was very friendly and spoke good english. The house was very clean and had everything you need (including mosquito nets, litter service, wash machine, television, WLAN,...). The garden is very nice. We liked to eat outside.

Really nice house in the Tuscany

Nice house up in the tuscany hills, not too far from the coast. Gabrielle is a really nice host. He gave us helpful information what to do in the area. The house offers you all you need for your stay and is very clean. We had a great stay. Thank you, Gabrielle!

Wir haben es uns immer gewünscht, in so einem wunderschönen Haus Urlaub zu machen. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, durch schmale Straßen, aber am Ende Rutine. Für unseren Hund perfekt durch den Garten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar die Wäsche ist schon bei Rückreise wieder sauber, dank der Waschmaschine. Perfekt für 2 Teenis und Eltern, durch 3 Schlafzimmer. 10/10 insbesondere wer Ruhe liebt. Auch die Anreise in schöne Ziele war gut machbar. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Urlaub versaut.

Geplant waren 3 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Geworden ist es 1 Tag Aus mannigfaltigen Gründen war ein längerer Aufenthalt in diesem Etablissement nicht möglich. Details folgen. Ich möchte definitiv mein Geld zurück. Dreckig , Muffig, teilweise nicht wie beschrieben.

These guests personally chose to leave the house after just one night and reported fake complaints to Vrbo. Since their arrival, we tried our best to help the guests feel more comfortable, as we always do. They didn’t accept. Unfortunately, we think that they just didn't like country life. If they don't check the place where they book their holidays, we can't change that. The house is 100% safe and clean. We are honest people, and it's sad how some people don't have any respect at all for hospitality workers.

Idyll mit Aussicht

Ein kleines typisch toskanisches Haus, mit Allem, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen... inkl, eines kleinen umzäunten Gartens , der für unsere Hündin wichtig war.. Ja, wer die Ruhe mag, wird den kleinen Nachbarhund als störend empfinden, doch man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Gabriele, der Vermieter, hilft bei allen Anfragen, hat gute Ratschläge und antwortet sogar nach Mitternacht auf spät gestellte Anfragen...Auch die Auffahrt zum Haus ist typisch toskanisch sehr eng und bietet eine gute Grundlage zum Austausch mit entgegen kommenden Fahrzeugen, denn sie bietet nur Platz für je ein Fahzeug... Fazit: eine wundervolle Basis für Ausflüge etwa nach Lucca, Pisa oder einfach an den Strand... nur zu empfehlen

Es war toll!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Kinderzimmer waren schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt sher zur Freude unserer Kids. Der kleine Hund nebenan ist wirklich ziemlich nervtötend, vorallem nachts. Auch der Aufstieg zum Haus ist nicht zu unterschätzen, gerade wenn man viele Sachen wie Einkaufe oder Badesachen zu tragen hat, aber zu mindest bleibt man für 😅 Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super! schnell und unkompliziert und mit vielen Tipps. Im Ort gibt es eine tolle, günstige Pizzaria - für uns gab es dort die beste Pizza.

Old Steinhaus

Dieses typisch italienische alte Steinhaus ist sehr gemütlich, sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Wenn man nicht direkt im Sommer dort ist, sollte man sich auf etwas kühlere Räume einrichten. Es gibt im Wohnraum einen Kamin (mit Pellets zu beheizen) . Im Obergeschoss ist es nicht sehr warm. Es sind Decken vorhanden. Diese haben wir zum schlafen benötigt, da es sonst nur ein Laken gibt. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Straße eng und steil ist, aber letzten Endes gut beherrschbar. Dafür ist es dort sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 14 km. Das ist ok. Wir haben uns sehr viel angesehen. Pisa, Lucca, Carrara sind in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Die Gegend bietet Wasser, Berge, schöne alte Orte, sehr nette Menschen. Alles in allem ist ein Urlaub, besonders auch in diesem Ferienhaus, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit kontaktierbar.

Sehr nettes Häuschen in schöner Lage

Sehr nettes Häuschen in schöner Lage mit eingezäuntem Garten. Zufahrt mit großen Autos (Van, Kleinbus etc.) etwas schwierig. Tolle Wanderungen hinter dem Haus möglich, Entfernung zum Meer ist auch völlig okay. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Auf geht`s - Hinfahren

Zum ersten Mal in der Toscana und damit unsicher, wohin es uns verschlagen würde, können wir über Alles gesehen nur Positiv über unseren Urlaub berichten. Ferienhaus: Lage in den Ausläufern des Gebirges, das Haus selbst mit allem darum herum war wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert (wer seine Ruhe haben will und Natur genießen möchte). Ja, den kleinen Hund und sein Gebell in der Nachbarschaft durften wir auch genießen. Hat aber nicht groß gestört. Die Kombi Berge + Meer - alles in Reichweite (zum Meer ca. 14 km) erlaubte an einem Tag Wandern + Schwimmen. In der Nähe wunderschöne Städtchen + Dörfer >> Hinfahren!!

Eenvoudig, rustig en compleet huisje met mooie tuin en prachtig uitzicht. Schoon en verzorgd, vriendelijke eigenaar. Bereikbaar via een smalle weg omhoog de berg op, het is niet mogelijk voor de deur te parkeren.

Séjour agréable dans une très jolie maison située dans un endroit très escarpé

La maison et son jardin sont très agréables et Gabriele et très accueillant . La région près de Lucca est riche de sites à découvrir, de merveilleux paysages, et proche de la mer. Petit bémol cependant : l'endroit est difficile d'accès et il n'y a pas d'endroit pour garer sa voiture près de la maison. C'est un peu sportif pour y accéder. De plus, le voisin direct et son chien sont un peu bruyants. Sinon, tout était parfait et magnifique.

Vorrei solamente commentare dicendo che il parcheggio si trova a solamente 100 metri dall’abitazione. La piccola strada prima di arrivare alla casa è leggermente in salita, ma d’altronde siamo in collina e il prezzo è commisurato alla zona. È impossibile avere la stessa accessibilità che si può avere in pianura in hotel a cifre sicuramente ben più alte. Sono sicuro però che solo il panorama è valso la vacanza 😄

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirkkich schön und sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat, sogar eine Küchenwaage und ein Meßbecher. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und sehr hilfbereit. Parken konnte man nicht direkt am Haus, aber ca 100 m den Hügel runter. Die Strasse zum Haus war ein kleines Abenteuer, weil die Strasse eher eng ist, aber die Autos haben sich gut arrangiert. Der Strand von Viareggio ist sehr schön und sauber. Für 2 Liegen und einen Schirm haben wir 20 Euro bezahlt. Gegenüber auf dem Grundstück, war ein kleiner Hund, der seine Wachhund Aufgabe manchmal etwas zu ernst genommen hat und an manchen Tagen mehr und an anderen Tagen weniger gebellt hat. Aber im großen und ganzen, war es sehr schön.

Traumhaftes Haus in den Bergen

Der Urlaub im Juli 2019 war großartig für uns. Das Haus, welches hoch oben im Berg liegt, ist genau das Richtige für alle die, die Ruhe genießen wollen. Nach anstrengenden Besichtigungstouren freut man sich auf das gemütliche Heim. Es ist sehr sauber, die Besitzer sind sehr lieb und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Mooie authentieke vakantiewoning gelegen in een prachtige groene bergachtige omgeving. Gastvrije ontvangst door de eigenaars. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig! Fijne tuin met zon en schaduw plaatsen die volledig omheind is. Enige minpuntje is het regelmatige keffen van een klein hondje van de overburen, waardoor de rust enigszins verstoord werd. Ondanks dat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist mit vielen Details liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt auf den sehr schmalen Straßen erfordert gute Fahrkenntnisse. Gut ist die Parkmöglichkeit für größere Autos etwa 200m unterhalb des Hauses. Die Lage in den Hügeln ist schön und das Meer ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die erste Nacht war leider bis in den frühen Morgen sehr laut durch andere Feriengäste in der Nachbarschaft, die ihren kläffenden Hund direkt gegenüber im Garten frei laufen ließen. Nach deren Abreise war alles prima und wir konnten zum Glück erholt schlafen. Das Vermieterehepaar hat sich für dieses Problem entschuldigt und war auch sonst sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Sie sprechen nur wenig Englisch, aber die Verständigung hat trotzdem ganz gut geklappt. Wir denken noch gerne an die Zeit in dem hübschen Haus zurück.

Fijn en rustig gelegen huis met ruime tuin.

We hebben hier samen met onze 2 kinderen een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Het huis is ruim en rustig gelegen met 3 slaapkamers, badkamer, keuken en een ruime tuin met privacy. Wij vonden het een heerlijke plek om een deel van Toscane en Ligurië te ontdekken en de avonden door te brengen in de tuin met een glas wijn. De weg naar het huis is smal en je kan de auto niet naast het huis parkeren (er is een parkeerterrein ca 150 meter van het huis af) maar als je de auto in de bocht onder het huis strak tegen de vangrail zet heeft niemand er last van en je staat er een stuk dichterbij. Stranden zijn vooral prive waar je 2 bedden en een parasol voor 35 euro kunt huren. Een groter publieke strand is te vinden aan de Viale Europa in Viareggio.
