It is located in a hamlet of villas surrounded by pine trees. In less than 10 minutes by car, by bike, or with the free shuttle bus you will reach the beach, and go shopping at the market, the city center or the harbor. Facing south, the house is terraced by the garage but without any opposite. A large awning will guarantee freshness in summer. All your hobbies are in the immediate vicinity: beaches, bike path, surfing, walks in the forest, equestrian center, tennis, golf etc. Side comfort: the surface is 80m2 with an open kitchen and 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom. The owner will welcome you personally and will share his good addresses and tips for a total success of your holidays.

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites dans la jolie maison de Joëlle. Propreté impeccable, cuisine très bien équipée, terrasse sympa dans la verdure. Merci aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux et souriant ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Séjour très agréable à Capbreton dans jolie maison. Possibilité de louer des vélos au camping (10-15 min à pied). La mer est à 15 Minutes à vélo de la maison, tout comme la rue centrale de Capbreton.
