This five acre property is nestled in the heart of Lancaster County just two miles south of the quaint and historic town of Strasburg, PA. Within minutes of some of Lancaster County's favorite destinations such as Strasburg Railroad, Sight & Sound Theatre, Rockvale and Tanger Outlets, Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, Strasburg Creamery, and more!

The family suite has a queen sized bed in a private bedroom, a living area with sleeper sofa, a private bathroom, and a lovely patio for your enjoyment. The suite comfortably sleeps 2 - 4 people.

There is a lovely patio and fenced in back yard and for those who wish to explore, there are walking trails through the woods.

AC is controlled by host. Was very warm when we were there. The refrigerator was very small. Pillows were not comfortable at all. Otherwise the house was very clean and nice. Beautiful setting just outside the town of Strasbourg, Pa.

It was the perfect place to stay after seeing a show at Sight and Sound. The location was perfect and peaceful. The best part was waking up and watching all of the farm animals across the street while drinking my coffee.

We found this apartment very clean, very convenient to Sight n Sound, and exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The setting is in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle and very inviting.

We were thrilled to arrive at our apartment and find it to be even better than we were hoping it would be. Very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable furniture - and the setting was so peaceful. There is a farm across the street, as well as an Amish farm next door. It's a country setting, and yet close to Strasburg, Sight & Sound, and downtown Lancaster. Check-in was easy, and we were pleased to meet Connie and Kevin when they were outside as we were coming and going. Highly recommend!

Quiet, peaceful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our lovely overnight at the farm. We slept well in a very comfy bed, woke up to a beautiful sun rise, and enjoyed our breakfast outside at the table overlooking the lovely garden. We would definitely stay here again.

I grew up in Strasburg and lived there until I married. My family still lives there and even when I moved away, Strasburg was always 'going home' for me. In 2014 my husband and I were able to purchase a Strasburg property and are enjoying the vacation rental business since our 3 children are now grown.

Why they chose this property

When I moved to Strasburg in my early teens, I began to love its charm. It is surrounded by farms, rolling hills, and the beauty of nature. As I grew older and moved away I began to appreciate this little town more than ever and it was my dream and desire to move back. In 2014, that dream became a reality that I would like to share.

What makes this property unique

This property is bordered by a horse pasture, an Amish house and farm, meadow, Little Beaver Creek, and woods. The rural surroundings include farm animals (chickens, cows, mules, and horses) and farmland. There are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, tourist attractions, scooter rentals, outlets for shopping, and tennis and basketball courts. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. Strasburg has a rich history and more 18th century homes than Colonial Williamsburg.
