In Campomarino di Maruggio in a inhabited but quiet area immersed in the Apulian countryside I rent a villa consisting of: living / dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large veranda, private garden with outdoor shower and barbecue. parking space. Air-conditioned.
The apartment is located in a quiet area outside the built-up area of Maruggio and Campomarino about 800 meters from the beach and the beach / restaurant located in 9. Campomarino is about 2 km away (2 minutes by car) as well as Maruggio. The apartment is located in a strategic area in Puglia because it allows you to visit both the lower Salento and Lecce as well as the area of the Itria valley and the lower Bari area. Lecce and tarnto are about 45 minutes away by car Ostuni, Martina Franca Cisternino and Alberobello just over an hour. Matera about 1h 30 min as well as Otranto and the Adriatic area of Salento. So the location is excellent for being able to visit the different attractions in Puglia without neglecting to enjoy our wonderful sea and landscape.

ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e in completo relax
per il nostro stile di vacanza il soggiorno in casa Jolanda è stato perfetto. immersa nel verde degli ulivi e dei vigneti dove il silenzio è rotto solo dal canto delle cicale, garantisce la massima tranquillità e riservatezza. molto apprezzati il barbecue, la doccia esterna e il grande patio. grazie nicola

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist nur zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dort richtig! Das Haus befindet sich zwischen Weinreben an einem Feldweg. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr großzügig! Im Inneren gibt es alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist richtig nett und immer über Handy erreichbar.
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Haus mieten!
