Lovely house, great pool, nice location

We had a lovely stay, the children were in the pool every day and there’s loads to do in the local area. Hosts were very friendly (especially the dog!).

A wonderful stay and a great host!

We had a super warm welcome and no matter what, Isabelle and the whole family were always there to help. The house is wonderful with lots of space and beautiful outdoor space and pool. It really is a home and not just a holiday rental. We will be back!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt optimal und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ort ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Gegend, aber auch für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Genial, Super, nur zum Empfehlen!

Ein perfekter Urlaub. Schon im Vorfeld mit dem Kontakt und Informationen direkt mit Isabelle war der Start einfach nur genial. Die Bilder auf der Homepage stimmen zu 100%. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und ist alles da was man für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub benötigt. Die Außenanlage mit den vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten, am genialen Pool, ob Sonne, Schatten oder mit Aussicht ermöglichen perfekte Entspannung. Danke für den sehr freundlichen Empfang am Anreisetag durch Isabelles Schwiegereltern (sprechen Deutsch) und Alain. Sie standen auch für den gesamten Aufenthalt für Rat und Tat zur Seite. La Franqui ist ein kleiner schöner Ort mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen und sehr aufgeschlossen gegenüber Hunden, egal ob im Ort, am Strand (unbewachten) oder beim Wandern. Sehr zu empfehlen sind Fahrräder. Man ist sehr schnell im Ort unterwegs oder zum Strand. Eigentlich reichen die fünf Sterne für eine Bewertung nicht aus! Dreamlike 9 days in La Franqui, a paradisaic spot in the South of France

A start could not be better. We were kindly picked up after a small odyssey at our arrival (BMW navigation is not the most accurate). Extremely friendly owners allowed us a flexible check-in / out, provided us with all information about the villa and surroundings. Short-term questions were answered during the stay always within shortest time (alternatively French, English, German - teamwork within the owner family makes it possible). We were warmly and lovingly welcomed with our dog. A maintenance-related presence of the owner was discreetly announced and coordinated with us. The accommodation itself is a real treat (inhabited by the owners most of the year). Everything is available, tastefully furnished and decorated, top clean. A gigantic Smart TV and huge lounge are also noteworthy. There is simply nothing missing! The (salt water) pool is a perfect size for swimming and cooling down. A pool robot cleans the pool as often as you want. The outdoor area is cinematic, fairytale-like! We needed the car only for major supermarket shopping (but short distance), otherwise everything is within walking distance, the beautiful spacious, clean beach in 10 - 15 minutes. The surroundings are wonderful, perfect for relaxing, water sports, hiking (gigantic views - take your camera!). All people there are extremely (hospitable) friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended

We stayed at Isabelle's home for 3 weeks. The house is modern and tidy, it has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the outside space with the pool and the outside kitchen. There is a lot of shade outside which is very pleasant as the summer can be very hot! Isabelle and Antoine were very responsive and helped us whenever needed during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditionning - and there was a heat wave - but thanks to the fans in every bedroom we slept well. The pool area is not overlooked so it feels secluded. Be aware that the other side of the house gives on a relatively big street (it didn't bother us as we spend all day on teh secluded side). Finally, in the vicinity is the small village of la franqui (bakery, market, ice cream at 5/10 min walking distance). Kitesurfing spot not far, poney ride. For the beach with kids we personally preferred to go a bit further, at Leucate-Plage. Overall a wonderful experience.

Maison très agréable, située à l'entrée de La franqui. Très propre et fonctionnelle, la maison se situe au pied du plateau de La franqui. Pour la plage compter environ 10 mn à pied. Espace piscine et cuisine extérieure superbes. Parfait pour un séjour en famille.

Maison spacieuse idéalement située

Cette maison spacieuse est idéalement située à 1km de la plage et au départ de balades/randonnées (vers Leucate village par ex, accès par le jardin même). La maison est tout confort et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation qui est finalement proche de beaucoup d'activité (rando, pyrénées, étangs, plage). Bref ce fut des vacances parfaites.

A Haven of Peace

Isabelle’s beautiful house shelters quietly behind the pine trees. Her home is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Doors open onto the patio and pool from the sitting room, kitchens and bedroom. The kitchen supplies an excellent choice of cooking utensils as well as a generous array of tableware. The beds were superbly comfortable. One problem for us as a multi generational family was that the property was shown as having two double beds and 2 single beds. In fact, there were no single beds. The bathrooms were equally superb. We spent many happy moments chatting and playing games and eating around the table under the outdoor shelter. Finally, thank you Isabelle!

Un petit paradis ♥️

Des que vous arriverez vous vous sentirez comme chez vous... TRES BELLE PROPRIETE ☀️☀️ Intérieur Cosy et moderne, spacieux, lumineux, très bien agencée , décorée avec de la qualité, du bon gout et super confortable !. Situation : a deux pas de tout, a l'entrée de la Franqui à quelques mètres de la plage, de l'équitation du p'tit marché et de la falaise. La piscine et son deck SUBLIME, tout invite au prélassement,au barbecue en famille ou entre amis.... Au lâché prise... Un PUR bonheur ♥️♥️♥️ Isabelle notre élégante hôte ,souriante, efficace et chaleureuse, elle nous confie son paradis de manière a ce qu'il devienne le nôtre... ! Alain l'homme qui veille sur notre bien être matériel, toujours dispo et bienveillant ! Bref nous sommes FAN !! J'ai hésité à mettre une appréciation car je n'ai pas trop envie de partager... Mais bon soyons sport et comme dirait l'autre " c'est le jeu ma pauvre Lucette ". Nous n'avons qu une hâte y revenir l'année prochaine, 🌈🌈♥️♥️☀️☀️☀️

Ein wunderbarer entspannter Urlaub

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und sind nun wieder nach Hause zurück gekehrt. Wir können dieses Haus als Urlaubsort nur sehr empfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts und in der Nachbarschaft gibt es Restaurants, Cafes und auch sonst was man so braucht. Isabelle ist eine wunderbare, charmante Gastgeberin.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Wir haben den Pool und den tollen Aussenbereich sehr genossen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: keine Klimaanlage und Geruch in einem Schlafzimmer. Wir würden aber definitiv wiederkommen....!! Merci bien

Le top à La Franqui

La maison d'Isabelle est merveilleuse, avec une décoration et une ambiance qui dégagent immédiatement un bon karma. Ça fait des années que nous venons dans le coin et cette découverte nous a enchantés. La maison est spacieuse et organisée autour de la piscine (parfaite) et de son immense deck. La cuisine d'été avec sa super plancha en est le pendant naturel, en fait on passe sa vie dehors. Et c'est un peu dommage car l'intérieur est à l'avenant : le salon est immense et confortable, la cuisine est généreuse et très bien équipée (un cellier avec lave linge et sèche linge la complète). Les chambres sont également au top, bien agencées, avec une literie impeccable. Bref, vous l'aurez compris, nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette maison que nous recommandons chaleureusement.
