You are renting out a villa but on arrival i had to discover i had to share this ‘villa’ with 2 other families!!!!!!!!!On top of that the lady who received us was rude. Also on leaving the house she made a big quarrel about the cleanliness of the house. I told her that also i had my doubts about the state of the material…. Glasses and bowls were dirty, i ondly had 1 towel for 2 weeks to dry the dishes , a mot of the housekeeping material were very poor,…..

Il est bien précisé sur l'annonce que c'est un haut de villa avec piscine partagée, d'ailleurs nos locataires précédents et suivant l'ont bien vu, Il n'y a pas eu de souci avec cela et je les remercie de leur bonne foi et leur respect vis à vis de la personne qui fait l'état des lieux ainsi que du matériel, Par exemples : machine à laver le linge cassée alors qu'elle était neuve, excuse donnée : la notice était encore sous plastique donc c'est de ma faute... votre moto garée sur le gazon synthétique dans l'espace piscine devant les transats des autres locataires alors qu'il y a un parking prévu à cet effet, bref un manque de respect général

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Sehr gut ist die Lage und die Umgebung (Pool, gepflegter Garten) Inneneinrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist zweckmässig und in Ordnung. Der Austausch mit Ferienhausbetreuerin Isabelle war top. Wenn was war hat sie sofort reagiert. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur zu beginn der Ferien war etwas schwierig und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. (mussten selber nachbessern)

Ferienhaus Bewertung

Die Lage und Aussicht des Frerienhauses war sehr gut. Der Strand ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 min erreichbar. Der check in und die Kommunikation waren bis auf die Sprachbarriere kein Problem. Ein Großteil der Elektrischen Geräte funktioniert leider nicht richtig. Es gab bei dem check out ein problem mit der Verwalterin (das zweite mal in Folge) die uns sehr unfreundlich aus der Ferienwohnung gehuscht hat. Es wurde sich weder verabschied noch bedankt. Wir fanden, dass mit der Situation sehr unproffesionell umgegangen wurde.

Bonjour, Je suis fort étonnée de ses appareils électriques qui ne fonctionnaient soi-disant pas?? Sachant que vous n'avez absolument rien signalé pendant votre séjour! D'autres part les locataires juste après vous n'ont signalé aucun appareil défectueux! D'autres part en ce qui concerne la personne qui s'occupe des états des lieux, effectivement elle n'était pas contente car lorsqu'elle est arrivée toutes les portes fenêtres étaient ouverte avec la climatisation à fond! De plus vous n'avez pas respecté le nombre de personnes maximum du logement et rajouté des matelas supplémentaires

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen schwächen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen schwächen. Leider geht aus dem FeWo-Angebot nicht eindeutig hervor das es sich hier um eine Wohnung und nicht um das ganze Haus handelt. Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Zudem eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick. Der Pool ist auch sehr gut mit einer angenehmen Größe zum Schwimmen. Die Betten sind allerdings sehr schlecht. Viel zu niedrig und für uns auch keine guten Matratzen. Aber alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft zu jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Haus nahe am Strand

In einer normal ruhigen Lage, am ende einer Strasse liegt dieses schöne Haus mit einem grossen Pool. 4 grosse Schlafzimmer, 2 davon mit Air Condition sorgen zusammen mit den guten Betten für einen guten Schlaf. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hier gibt es sogar einen Eiswürfel Automat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Kleine Anmerkung, in der Beschreibung steht nicht das im Erdgeschoss 2 Ferienwohnungen sind mit denen man sich den Pool teil. In der näheren Umgebung sind auch einige Baustellen die ab und zu etwas lärmen.

Meerblick nicht vorhanden, weil Haus davor Blick vewehrt! Keine Bettbezüge vorhanden, keine Handtücher. Immer noch Baustelle auch in der Nähe. Schade, ansonsten schön.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt zwar etwas vom Strand entfernt, aber in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Es waren auch alle Baustellen in der Umgebung "im Urlaub". Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Statt Meerblick wurde auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein Rohbau errichtet. Als Folge den ganzen Tag ununterbrochener Baustellenlärm.

Comme je vous l'ai déjà expliqué, il ne devait plus y avoir de travaux à cette période, malheureusement ils n'ont pas respecté leur délai, ils devaient arrêter fin juin, ils ont dépassés d'une semaine nous en sommes vraiment désolés.

Schönes Domizil in guter Lage

Eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus hat den Erholungswert gemindert. Leider wurden wir hiervon von den Vermietern im Vorfeld nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt. Ansonsten sehr schönes Objekt, lediglich die Aufteilung der 2 Bäder ist ungünstig. 1 Bad ist integriert in das Schlafzimmer. Somit ist die Wohnung a.e. geeignet für eine Großfamilie, wo die Intimsphäre nicht ganz so wichtig ist.
