We will receive you in this beautiful apartment type T2 hyper bright 40 M2, ideally located in the heart of the city, 5 square Fishmonger in St. Malo intramural.
You can enjoy the calm of this beautiful historic square which is located 50 m from the center of the city.
This completely renovated apartment has been tastefully decorated, very comfortable, it has been furnished on the theme of travel.
it is perfectly soundproof, hyper clear with these 3 through windows that bring a very high brightness.
The apartment is located on the 5th and last floor, with a lift.
Without vis-à-vis, the apartment by its orientation is constantly sunny, it will allow you to admire the charms of the corsair city in peace.
The apartment is as follows:
- A spacious kitchen totally equipped with among others
dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery etc.....
- A bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine.
- The very spacious toilets are separated from the bathroom, are equipped with a hand washing and a VMC.
- A living room - living room with sofa bed, coffee table, table and chairs, big screen TV, internet by wifi.
- A room with a bed of 140 (the bedding is in perfect condition)
- Wall cupboards allow easy and convenient storage.
- The heating is individual and adjustable by room thermostat
The linen is not provided, but following many requests an optional linen service has been put in place.
The complete kit proposed consists of:
Duvet house, pillow case, house sheet, towel, bath towel, shower mat, tea towel.
The cost of this kit is 40 € per person.

The property was beautiful and clean and situated in the heart of the old City. Everything was within walking distance with fabulous choices of restaurants and cafes. There is also a lift as the apartment is on the 5th floor, very handy. You will have to collect the key from a different location, but the positive is you get to meet the host Patrick who is a lovely that was very helpful thank you.

Amazing location! Great apartment!

The location could not be better! Staying inside the city walls is a fabulous way to get to know Saint Malo. The apartment was very lovely with a nice kitchen. I honestly can’t think of one thing I didn’t like about it! Patrick was a great host and replied quickly with any questions. Would highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is bright and large, and in a lovely location with restaurants downstairs so you have everything on your doorstep. It was loud on Saturday night, but other nights very calm and quiet, and it was very comfortable. The apartment had everything you need. Check in process was a bit difficult and stressful, picking up the key from one location, driving through the old town to drop off bags then finding somewhere better to park, but after that, all was good. The parking nearby is expensive, so it’s better to use the park and ride once you have sorted yourself out as you don’t need a car whilst you are there.

Über den Dächern von Saint-Malo

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mitten im Herzen der Stadt verbracht, und man ist fußläufig dennoch in drei Minuten am Meer. Das Appartement ist sinnvoll und durchdacht mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, tiptop in Ordnung und obwohl es in Saint-Malo und Umgebung so vieles zu sehen und unternehmen gibt, sind wir immer gerne in die ruhige Wohnung mit einer ebenso ruhigen, äußerst angenehmen Nachbarschaft zurück gekommen und haben uns darin gerne aufgehalten. Absolute Empfehlung!

Emplacement excellent

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est un atout et le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli. S'il fallait faire quelques améliorations, je proposerai d'accroître et d'harmoniser la vaisselle et les couverts, sinon c'était impeccable. Les locataires doivent prévoir à garer la voiture sur les parkings en proximité.

I loved the apartment. It is right in the center of the city, which is amazing. It is close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. And the apartment was perfect. Plenty big enough and very clean. Location idéale! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Location idéale car: - située intra-muros et donc à proximité de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, plages, porte Saint-Vincent pour récupérer un bus si on n'est pas véhiculé); - très calme et très lumineux car au 5ème et dernier étage (mais avec ascenseur!); - appartement très propre et très bien équipé; - couchage parfait pour 2 couples ou, comme c'était notre cas, un couple avec un enfant; - très bon accueil des propriétaires (nous n'en avons pas eu besoin, mais possibilité de les contacter pendant le séjour en cas de besoin) et des goélands (à ne pas nourrir) pour ceux qui les apprécient comme nous. Nous relouerons cet appartement pour un prochain séjour à Saint-Malo.
