Our apartment will provide you and your family the perfect vacation rental right in the heart of Aventura. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit will comfortably fit a family of eight including children or a group of six adults.

Here is a description of our beautifully decorated, fully furnished in a modern style unit:

-MASTER BEDROOM: Large suite with a king size bed. Comfortable mattress with springs and double pillow top, private bathroom, walk-in closet, 42' Plasma w/ remote control and Cable TV, luggage holder, security safe, table lamps, alarm clock.
-BEDROOM 2: Two twin beds, night stand with table lamp, dresser, luggage holder and closet.
-BEDROOM 3: Two double beds, baby crib (upon request), nightstand with table lamp, chest of drawers, luggage holder and walk-in closet.
All mattresses have bed bug mattress protector ✔

KITCHEN:
- Kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances! Washer and Dryer are also available inside apartment. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, cordless electric kettle, large microwave, refrigerator, freezer w/ outside cold water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, SHABBAT HOT PLATE and more...

GENERAL AMENITIES:
Living Room area includes a 55'' flat screen TV with Home Theater system and U-verse cable TV, dining area with a round table and comfortable dining chairs, counter top with adjustable bar stools, Free WIFI internet, free local calls, balcony access with 2 chairs and table. We also provide you an umbrella and 2 beach chairs for you to carry to the beach.

About the Condominium:
The Yacht Club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a resort-style large heated pool and Jacuzzi , fitness center, two tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.

Its great location provides very easy and convenient access to South Beach, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale area. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more!

Get your work-out on at the Yacht Club Gym, or go for a nice evening stroll in the 3-mile jogging and exercise trail going around the prestigious Turnberry Golf Course, located right outside the residence.

Enjoy our beautiful, fully renovated, and very well equipped apartments in one of the most sought-after areas in South Florida. We strive to make your stay enjoyable and to help make a memorable vacation in our beautiful Miami. Stay with us and you will not regret it!
The apartment may be susceptible to construction sounds between 8 am to 5 pm for a project in front the street.
Terms and Agreement:

CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $180.

CONDOMINIUM FEE:
We charge $110 condominium fee which includes the use of the amenities and a decal with barcode for your car which allow you to enter the condominium without having to wait in line.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
When booking your vacation through the VRBO booking located at the top right of the page, you will be prompted to read our cancellation policy and our house rules. Once you have accepted the policies, we will review the reservation specs and make a decision as to accept or reject the rental. Once we have accepted, the first payment of 50% of the cost will be processed. 21 days before the arrival date, you will need to complete the second payment which will be the other 50% of the cost. Upon us receiving your second payment, we will send you a Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we ask that you send it back at your earliest convenience. This is done in order to comply with the condominium rental policies.
Upon your arrival at our apartment, we ask that you provide us with credit card information so that we can hold it as our security deposit. The credit card will be charged in the case of damage property or serious violations of apartment policy.

CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4PM and time of check-out is at 11 AM. We may be flexible if we do not have another renter coming or leaving in the same day.

Enjoyed the Apartment Less the Rental Process

This apartment appeared in-person as shown in the pictures. It's nicely furnished, clean, and has tons of extras such as washer/dryer, dishwashers, beach towels and chairs, basketballs, and even a tennis racket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had one small glitch with check-in. Somehow my phone number got blocked on the owner's phone. After several calls, I sent an email, and he responded immediately. Still, my guests and I were outside in the heat (and a little frantic) before I connected with him. Before arriving, however, I felt uncomfortable about the rental process. First (and foremost!), the owner needs to know it's AGAINST the law except for senior communities to ask the ages of tenants. A question posed to me before approval of my rental request. The owner also asked me to provide copies of IDs for me and one other guest. I felt it would have been best to request any ID required onsite.

Great Location, Great Owner and Great Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The apartment is exactly as described. We met Mario on the day of our arrival and he was great to work with. We used the pool and workout room daily. The 3 mile course around the golf course right outside the gates was perfect for our active family of 5. There was more than enough room for our 3 children who are 16+ in age. The location is so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Sunny Isles, Hollywood beaches were so close it was great. I highly recommend this property and even more so the owner!

COV-19 vs Condo

The property was great except for traffic outside our windows. But, in no way were we unhappy with our stay. Left early because the Coronavirus was closing down restaurants, beaches, etc. Mario was great. He went above and beyond in taking care of us.

It was nice. But the coming and going aspect was horrible. The lines are long and our key card stopped working which was not helpful as i was loading to leave. Also not a good child place. People actually live there and dont seem to take well to the vacationers. Lots of security.

Spacious, nice layout but noisy

Spent 1 week at this apartment. Great layout and furniture with comfortable beds. However, the apartment faces noisy streets and the William Lehman Causway and this means that there is at the very least, a constant din from cars with the occasional horn and engine revving. Also, the apartment did not have some basics which was surprising: an oven mitt and spatula were the most obvious omissions. The owner was great to deal with though.

Amazing stay!

Me and four of my friends had an amazing stay at Mario's apartment. The check-in process went very smooth, security and management were very friendly and Mario was quick to respond to messages. The apartment itself is exactly as depicted, has everything you might need and is located in a beautiful and safe area. Also, the grill in the pool area was great! We had a nice little BBQ on our last day. I would definitely love to stay here again and can highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed staying at this apartment, looks like new! Beautifully decorated and easy to organize and keep tidy thru the week. We especially loved the green accents, the gorgeous white tiles, the pristine kitchen and bathrooms. The views were of green trees swaying in the breeze, and it was quite airy and bright. Our group was a little complex, with 2 checking in and staying most of the time, but with a couple families rotating in and out during a 5 day period, but we were able to communicate and coordinate with Mario without any difficulty. The location is good, near a mall and grocery store and just as close to the beach in Aventura. Not too far from North Beach, where we were able to catch the fireworks. We had a couple of toddlers and the walls were sufficiently noise-proof for them to sleep. There was a booster chair and a pack and play. Wifi worked without a problem. Good pool and fitness facilities. Really no complaints.

Spectacular

The apartment was very elegant, confortable, all new. The linen and towels were excellent and soft. The rooms had ample space. All the appliances worked well. The location is great. Close to the synagogue. Aventura mall. And across the bridge of beautiful beaches. I would recommend it to my best friends and would defenitely go back.

Excellent condo for a family or couples

Our family of six had a wonderful time staying in this modern, spacious condo. Our four boys could play basketball and tennis very close to our condo or walk a short distance to the pool. The drive to the beach was only 8 minutes away. We always found parking at the public lot which led to a beautiful spot on the beach. We used our condo as the home base to make day trips to the Everglades, South Beach, Hollywood and Ft. Lauderdale. Mario and his son Dario were a pleasure to work with in making the arrangements and gaining access.

We are Mario and Marcela.
We moved with our family from Argentina in 2003 and we bought our first apartment in the States at The Yacht Club in Aventura. There, we formed our first home in the US and lived in that apartment for four wonderful years.

During our time at the Yacht Club, we especially enjoyed the great amenities and of the excellent Aventura area. We spent many days at the pool, had Argentinian-style BBQs, played tennis in the evening, and sat out on the deck fishing and watching the boats go by on the canal.

Now, we moved to a larger apartment to accommodate our family, but we are still nearby! We currently have three nicely renovated and decorated rental units at the Yacht Club and we are very excited to have you stay over! We love what we do and we are always available to assist our guests. We will be happy to help you in planning your stay and we strive to help make your stay a wonderful, relaxing one!

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy this apartment at The Yacht Club at Aventura, mainly because of the great location and excellent amenities it offers. Additionally, we liked the central location and all there is to do around the area! The beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants are all within a few minutes drive. Even South Beach and Fort Lauderdale as well as many local attractions are very easy to get to.

Great location. Close to beaches, shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and renovated apartment. Excellent amenities, free WIFI, Cable TV, and much more! This apartment is ideal for both the leisure and business traveler. The apartment is super clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and very good showers. To stay connected, free wireless internet service is provided. For a wonderful, relaxing vacation, the pool is only steps away. If you wish to travel with more than 7 people, please note that we have a second unit, located in the same building, right on top of this unit, one floor above! This is a great option for large families, or group traveling.
