Perfect for a relaxing holiday

We had a very nice and relaxing stay, many thanks to the friendly host. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The property is quietly located at the foot of the small town of Cortona, which is definitely worth a visit. The holiday home has a beautiful, large garden and pool. The landscape is beautiful and authentically Tuscan. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away.

Grazie per la bella recensione. Purtroppo la WiFi, essendo una casa con muri di campagna, in pietra, e larghi di spessore, al piano terra il campo WIFI non prende molto. La WiFi risulta veloce al piano superiore e nel perimetro fuori della casa. Comunque, grazie, di aver scelto per il vostro soggiorno il podere casorbica.

A fantastic well maintained property in an ideal location

We are a family of five and found the property ideal for our needs, the children occupied the first floor whilst mum and dad occupied the ground floor, both have a kitchen area and lovely bathrooms with ample space to dine together on the ground floor. The property was clean and is very well maintained. The owner Giorgio met us on our arrival and managed to answer any questions we had with the help of google translate and actually came to the property every morning to clean the pool, this was around 7am so we didn't often see him but found it helpful as on a few occasions i got up especially to ask for recommendations for parking in Florence or good local restaurants. Given the location of the property i would say a car is essential, views of Cortona can be seen from the property which is only a 10 mins drive away and a beautiful place to spend the evening. We visited Siena and Florence for a day each during our stay using the park and ride (tram) for Florence and found it all very easy and also drove down to Bangi di San Filippo to bathe in the free thermal pools (recommend) which took about 1 hour. There is also a designer shopping outlet about 25 mins away that is also worth a visit. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in Camucia which is just a few minuets drive away but we found ourselves eating at a restaurant Giorgio recommended called Hostaria Pizzeria La tufa which was excellent and very reasonably priced. The pool, bbq, garden and hot tub was all fantastic, there were a couple of evening we could of done with air conditioning but other than that i can not fault anything and would/will book again.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben – 1:1. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett. Er spricht nur wenig Englisch und ansonsten Italienisch. Mit einer Übersetzungs-App auf dem Handy funktioniert die Verständigung jedoch problemlos.Er ist sehr zuverlässig, über die App jederzeit per Nachricht erreichbar und antwortet meist innerhalb einer Stunde. Alle paar Tage kommt der Vermieter früh am Morgen, während wir noch schlafen, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Garten zu pflegen. So etwas gibt es heutzutage nur noch selten. Der Mann ist praktisch unsichtbar, aber wenn man ihn braucht, ist er da und hilft einem.Vom Haus und dem Pool waren wir begeistert. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Auch die Nachbarn sind freundlich und grüßen, wenn man sie vor dem Haus trifft.Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren insgesamt vier Tage bei Giorgio. Die Unterkunft inkl. Garten und Pool ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, wird täglich gereinigt und ist dementsprechend sehr sauber. Auch das Städtchen Cortona ist perfekt für einen kleinen Ausflug. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Leuke vakantieplek

Wij hadden een tof verblijf aan de voet van het stadje cortona. Een leuk huisje, prima zwembad en een zorgzame gastheer die direct reageerde bij elke vraag. Wel Google Translate bij de hand houden.😉

Heerlijk verblijf in fijn huis!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met 4 volwassenen in deze woning. In een ruim, koel huis (dat uit twee delen bestaat dus de kinderen hadden hun eigen deel) met een heerlijk zwembad (badhanddoeken zijn aanwezig) hebben we genoten van de omgeving. Cortona ligt heel dichtbij, een supermarkt is in de buurt en qua restaurants is er volop keuze in de nabije omgeving. Giorgio is zeer vriendelijk en komt regelmatig om het zwembad te onderhouden. Voor ons was het zeker een aanrader!

Maison agréable avec situation géographique proche de plusieurs sites

La maison et le jardin avec la piscine et spa était très agréables pour se reposer dommage que les chiens du voisin aboient tous les jours dès 6h du matin.

Bel endroit Propriétaire discret mais très efficace belle region bref endroit à condseiller

La Toscane est une région magnifique et cette location est idéalement placée au pied de Cortona Elle rend l’acces facile à beaucoup de mieux à visiter La maison est confortable et permet de se reposer tout en pouvant bénéficier d’une proximité touristique Giorgio le propriétaire est très agréable efficace et discret Il est à votre écoute sans être dérangeant et s’efforce de toujours vous rendre le séjour agréable
