Offering 2,800 square feet of impeccably decorated space, including four bedrooms and an enclosed loft with two sleeper sofas, plus 3.5 bathrooms, this home creates the perfect environment to enjoy the natural beauty of its coastal location.
Your home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation in the Bayside, Fenwick Island area. The dining table seats ten in the sun-filled sunroom off the kitchen with beautiful views of the pond. Two additional counter stools are available in the kitchen, as well as a bar table with two chairs. The fully upgraded gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities and equipment you need for a worry-free vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a new stainless-steel grill with two propane tanks for worry-free grilling.
A spacious open living room has a cathedral, vaulted ceiling, 50’ flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray, and comfortable seating for eight. Books, movies, and games are included for your enjoyment. The upstairs enclosed loft has two sleeper sofas, a 48’ flat-screen TV, Xbox-360 and Xbox games for kids and adults, kid movies, books, toys, and board games. Perfect space for kids or teens giving adults peace and quiet downstairs. The dining room has a bar-height game table with seating for six, plus two additional swivel chairs for comfortable seating. Great for eating, entertainment or games.
Spacious, beautifully decorated first-floor Master Bedroom has a king-size pillow-top bed with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath.
In the garage, there are bikes of various sizes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach and outdoor toys for kids to enjoy.

RECREATIONAL PASSES: You don't have to purchase guest passes if you don't want to - purchase only for those who'll be using the resort amenities during your stay. Passes cover most of all resort amenities (including the beach shuttle) but passes do not include golf which is separate also access to an outdoor pool at The Point is for residents only.
You can purchase 3 day passes at a reduced rate compared to weekly passes. Children under 5 don't need a pass but must be supervised by someone who has purchased a pass. You must PURCHASE the PASSES AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL from the homeowner. You'll pick up the passes at the Welcome Center of Bayside after you arrive. There is no refund on passes after you've paid for them. The prices for passes for 2025 (subject to change based on the community changes):

Weekly Pass: $70 per person

From May 16 - Sep 22,
3-day pass: $70 per person
Weekly pass: $115 per person

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some Bayside amenities may not be available or might otherwise have limitations due to safety purposes and other issues.
LINENS: We will supply mattress pads, pillows, blankets, and comforters while you will be bringing your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. You'll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use. If you wish to rent linens, one local supplier of sheets, pillowcases, and or towels is Gale Force Rentals with the phone number of 800<>321<>1592 and website of GaleForceRentals - you should make linen rental arrangements prior to your trip.
The Marketplace at Bayside offers everyday convenience with a Harris Teeter grocery store and Starbucks, PNC Bank, Bayside Wines & Spirits, and sub, pizza, and homemade ice cream shops all right in the neighborhood.
