Great apartment in a great location

Giuseppe’s apartment is large and well appointed and our stay was very comfortable. The location is perfect with a short walk to the Corso Garibaldi and many shops, restaurants and the waterfront. As we had a car, one of our needs was parking and we were always able to find parking on the street near the apartment. Giuseppe himself was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp - mitten im Leben und trotzdem ruhig

Der Palazzo Taormina war ein wirkliches Erlebnis, ein alter Palazzo modern und stilvoll renoviert, aber den edlen Charme eines herrschaftlichen Hauses erhaltend. Der Palazzo liegt nur 3 Gehminuten vom Zentrum dieses malerischen Ortes entfernt, alles ist bequem und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hafenanlage mit ihren feinen Restaurants lädt abends zu einem Genießer-Spaziergang ein und verzaubert den Besucher durch ihre Atmosphäre. Der wirkliche Geheimtipp besteht allerdings in der tollen Betreuung der Gäste durch den Vermieter. Zur Begüssung gab es eine "Süßigkeit", üblich und berühmt für diese Gegend, die Wohnung war bis ins Details super ausgestattet z. Bsp. kleiner Vorrat an Getränken, an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Tee, Öl, Essig usw. Waschpulver, Toilettenartikel, jede Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Infomaterial über Sizilien...; gleich bei der Ankunft haben wir uns über WhatsApp vernetzt und so gab es auch bei kleineren Fragen oder Problemen eine schnelle Kommunikation und vor allem eine unkomplizierte und superschnelle Hilfe durch den Vermieter. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit die uns dort entgegengebracht wurde, würden wir als einzigartig beschreiben. Wir haben uns fast als Teil der Familie gefühlt und wurden sogar am Abend vor der Abreise von der versammelten Familie in Festkleidung - sie haben eine Hochzeit unterbrochen, verabschiedet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt bei wunderbaren Gastgebern in einer kinoreifen Umgebung! Wir fahren wieder hin.

appartamento incantevole, ben curato, arredato con stile tra moderno e classico con alcuni mobili di grande valore, non da sottovalutare la pulizia e la cura , camere abbastanza ampie ed ognuna con porte o finestre per aria e luce, . la cucina molto ampia con un tavolo in vetro e sedie in pelle la rendono abbastanza sobria. Da godersi una vacanza incantevole.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Giuseppe sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider haben zwei Zimmer keine Aussicht,da die nächste Hauswand nur ca 1m entfernt ist.

Großartike Zeit im sonnigen Oktober

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit zwei Kindern 11 großartige Nächte und Tage im Palazzo Taormina. Die Ferienwohnung zeichnet sich durch eine Mischung aus klassischem alten Baustil und Möbeln und moderner Einrichtung in Bad und vor allem Küche aus. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass nicht jeden Abend ein Restaurantbesuch getätigt werden muss. (Vielleicht fehlt nur ein großes Küchenmesser...) Für den Einkauf stehen zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte in fussläufiger Entfernung zur Verfügung, in denen man mit auch nur wenigen italienischen Worten seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, WC und sogar über ein Bidet und eine Waschmaschine. Ein Fön war auch vorhanden. Durch den Vermieter werden ausreichend viele Handtücher für die Familie zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese liegen frisch und plastikverpackt bei der Anreise bereit. Wenn man wie wir 11 Nächte bleibt, wird sogar ein zweiter Satz geliefert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ortszentrum in einer kleinen Nebenstraße, die den Vorteil hat, dass man vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken kann. Der Vermieter Guiseppe ist ein überaus freundlicher Mensch, der es als sein Credo sieht, dass sich die Besucher wohl fühlen sollen. Man wird völlig unkompliziert begrüßt und wenn man ein Problem oder eine Frage hat, wird einem ganz selbverständig geholfen. Zur Verständigung ist es hilfreich Englisch und zwei Worte Italienisch zu sprechen. Aber selbst wenn das nicht ist, wird sich mit dem digitalen Translator geholfen. Jederzeit wieder! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in un posto fantastico e grazie alla gentilezza dei proprietari. L'appartamento era molto grande, con una bellissima cucina con tutti i confort, anche di lavastoviglie. Un bagno spazioso, pulito, e una bellissima doccia idromassaggio. La casa trovasi nel centrp del paese e avendo parcheggiato l'auto davanti casa ci siamo mossi a piedi per visitare questo affascinante castellammare del golfo. Avendo avuto tutto questo, ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Grazie di cuore Mirko e Sonia
