This recent and gorgeous building dated 2014 was built on an ancient rural house of the 17th century. It is located in Contrada Bochini, next to Noto. The villa has two floors and is dedicated to the guests. The top floor of the house with separate entrance, which offers two double rooms with a bathroom. Open plan lounge with dining room, kitchen and 28 sqm terrace with view of the nearby country. The villa is approximately 1.8 km from Noto and 5 km from the main beaches. 30 km from the Baroque town of Ortigia / Syracuse and Sites of interest include the nearby baroque town of Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli.

Relax en un entorno muy agradable
Maravillosa estancia. Casa muy acogedora, agradable y muy bien decorada en entorno idílico y súper relajante. Victorio y Juanita unos encantadores anfitriones siempre atentos y hospitalarios que nos han hecho disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. Absolutamente recomendable. Elvira.

Muy agradables chicas, así como refinadas y de clase, con un sentido de humor y ganas de pasarlo bien disfrutando completamente la atmósfera de Sicilia.
