About this property

The Lago Azul home can accommodate 6 adults /2kids and is perfect for families. There are 3 Primary Bedrooms plus a den, each with a view of Lake Tahoe, 3 bathrooms, 3 flatscreen TV's for streaming only, updated kitchen, wood stove, and two large outdoor decks with BBQ. The parking is limited to only 2 cars. This spacious mountain home has a luxurious pine interior and with multilevels. Enter on the 1st level with an amazing view of the lake, enjoy your morning coffee on the cozy table. 2nd level has an inviting living/dining area with updated kitchen and Primary Bedroom & Bathroom. Enjoy the sunny lake views from the Deck, with BBQ available for summer. Bottom level has 2 Primary Bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, and a den that can accommodate extra sleeping for children on the day beds (daybeds not suitable for adults). Primary Bedroom 1 -California King Bedroom 2- California King Bedroom 3- California King Den- 2 Daybeds for children (please bring own bedding) The house is a short drive for easy access to one of the West Shore's breathtaking private beaches & pier. Renters may request renting a buoy for a fee, we can provide more information upon request, buoy rental needs to be done in advance and are limited. There is room for two cars in the driveway. 4WD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months. The county is in charge of street snow removal and they are often not very prompt.

Just a reminder, this is not a pet friendly property.

Beautiful views but lacks maintenance

The property has beautiful views and the kitchen was well stocked. However, I would give it a 3.5 stars as a few minor issues took away from our experience. 1) the flush in the master bath was not working properly / had to open the tank and fix it ourselves a few times 2) the lights in the entryway on upper level wouldn’t work so we had to find our way in the dark at the bottom of stairs to turn on some lights 3) the main door jammed pretty often and took a few attempts to open every time 4) the bottom edge of the upper level has lots of cobwebs. While these are not deal breakers, we expected superior level of maintenance for the price we paid per night for this property.

What a view!

The home was very comfortable, including all the bedrooms. The view from the deck was beautiful, especially in the morning watching the sun come up everyday. It was hard to leave each morning. We had our morning visit each day from the Stellar's Jay.

Stunning views and big beds

We enjoyed our stay. The house is professionally managed, so communication was great, access was easy and the house is well set up for renters. Every room has an amazing view! I’d go back.
