Wonderful stay

Amazing property! Spotlessly clean inside and out. A little gem and located really well to go off sight seeing. We as a family of four were comfortable and very happy. Amazing communication from the owners and felt like nothing was too much trouble. We are defiantly going to rebook and will look forward to visiting again. Thank you

Der Aufenthalt hat meiner Freundin und mir gut gefallen. Ein perfekter Ort um einige Tage zu entspannen und gemütlich zu grillen. Der Pool ist für eine kurze Abkühlung geeignet, für längeres schwimmen jedoch zu kalt. Für den Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall ein Auto zu empfehlen, parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück. Ein Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und die Übergabe der Schlüssel waren einfach und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très décevant !

Emplacement isolé. Nous avons été très déçus de constater que la maison (et surtout les extérieurs) n'étaient pas du tout conformes aux photos. La photo a été prise il y a plusieurs années, car depuis tous les murs sont oranges (rouille) ainsi que le contour de la piscine, la terrasse s'affaisse. Les bains de soleil sont rouillés, abîmés. Nous pensions arriver dans une villa paradisiaque avec nos enfants et avons finalement très mal vécu notre arrivée. Impossible de passer une semaine dans cet environnement. Le propriétaire a néanmoins été très correct avec nous et a accepté de nous rembourser les nuits non effectuées, nous avons quitté le logement au bout de 36 heures.

We appreciate your feedback and we regret that you did not meet your expectations. In fact, and as we have explained, the brown spots on the walls come from the water of the garden watering (high iron levels), which is different from the water used in the house and in the pool. We understand that it is not very beautiful but Nature is always above our wishes... However, your comments deserved our attention and so we are improving our space: double glazing, new garden with new irrigation system. To compensate you, we offer 2 nights in case of booking a week in 2017. We look forward to welcoming you again in the near future.

Os proprietários foram muito atenciosos, o espaço é agradável e limpo e o interior muito aconchegante, tal como se vê nas fotografias. Agradecemos a atenção que nos foi prestada e esperamos voltar um dia, de preferência no Verão. 😉

Quinta das Ginjas

Estivemos alojados na quinta das ginjas este ano de 2016! Recomendo a qualquer pessoa e família a experimentarem esta estadia! A casa está equipada com tudo o que precisamos para umas férias descansadas, para além, de apresentar uma excelente limpeza! A minha recomendação tem a ver apenas com a piscina. Seria óptimo para uma próxima, a piscina ser aquecida para uns mergulhos nocturnos! Nádia e José ☺️

A beautiful place to stay close to Leiria, Sao martino do porto (beaches) Nazare. The house is really clean and decorated with everything you will need during your stay. Just some suggestions - include internet service, make sure the TV is working - when the tv warms up the screen goes complete dark. The swimming pool could be warmed but unfortunately is not - it is ok for adults but kids will never swim.

Thanks for your suggestions. Having been suggested by several guests, the wifi router installation is already scheduled for the beginning of next month. Regarding the pool, we will have to think of a solution for children. However, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to meet you again soon.

"A mi-chemin entre Nazaré et Alcobaça, location très bien placée pour visiter le centre littoral du Portugal, à une heure de Lisbonne et 1h30 d''Aveiro, vous pourrez profiter des magnifiques monuments, villages et paysages de cette région du pays (Tomar, Sao Marthino do Port, Nazaré, Peniche, Ourem.....). Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, Mr G, même s''il dit le contraire se débrouille bien en français et maitrise l''anglais. D''excellentes pâtisseries nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée. Quand à la maison,elle est très confortable et propre, décoration soignée, équipements parfaits. Vous profiterez d''un grand jardin fermé avec terrasse couverte barbecue et piscine. Les hautes clôture en font un espace protégé qui fait vite oublier la route assez passagère. A recommander très vivement, rapport qualité prix plus que parfait."
