Our charming house is surrounded by greenery thanks to the 2000m2 garden.
The garden furniture on the covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the beauty of our exterior, a magnificent view of the mountain, while being cool.
If that was not enough, the private secure swimming pool of 4m x 6m
will refresh you. The ipé surface around the pool and the deckchairs invite you to relax and rest.

The single storey villa has 2 stone facades and is quiet. The interior is rather modern, the contrast of the old and the new will seduce you. The accommodation is made up of: a main room (living room / dining area / kitchen), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the main room and in the master bedroom (160 x 200).


The welcome is made by the owner. Linen and towels are provided and included in the price. An intermediate cleaning service is included in the service.

The main amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy) are 4km from the house.

Pinarellu beach, 3 km away, will charm you and leave you with lasting memories. In Saint-Cyprien, 2km away, you will find a nautical base to enjoy all the aquatic activities. The surrounding mountains will also offer you wonderful moments. another similar offer on site 8753163.

Maison tres bien equipée et tres bien placé notre sejour s'est bien deroulé. Wir waren 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Yann mit unseren 2 Kindern (8 + 11). Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein ganz toller kleiner Strand ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind toll. Nur zum nächsten Bäcker und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man 5-10 Minuten fahren. Uns hat das nicht gestört - aber man muss das wissen. Kurz gesagt: toll

Très belle location le cadre est tres sympa. Les espaces sont suffisants pour quatre personnes. Il n y a plus qu'à poser ses valises et à commencer à profiter des vacances car la maison est très propre..Le propriétaire est très accueillant et toujours près à nous renseigner si besoin..un conseil si vous ne connaissez pas les environs suivez le plan qu il vous donne le premier jour 😉. Très bon sejour à recommander 😊😊

Traumurlaub in ruhiger Lage mit Ausblick.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr ruhig an einem Hang, mit wundervollem Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, es ist modern und war sehr sauber. Yann, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Traumurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung / Superbe endroit pour passer des vacances de rêve

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Denn obwohl es sehr ruhig gelegen ist, braucht man mit dem Auto nur fünf Minuten bis zu den Stränden und gerade mal eine Viertelstunde bis nach Porto Vecchio, der drittgrößten Stadt Korsikas. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool verheißt puren Luxus, die Aussicht ist wunderschön, aber auch sonst erfüllt die hochwertige Einrichtung alle Erwartungen. Im Preis inklusive war die regelmäßige Reinigung des Pools, die Endreinigung und, was wirklich toll war, eine Reinigung des Hauses nach einer Woche, bei der auch die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass der Besitzer ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Wir waren 14 Tage zu zweit mit unserem Hund dort, und es war perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert! ****************************************************** Cette magnifique maison de vacances ne laisse rien à désirer! Malgré l'endroit très tranquille, la plage est seulement à 5 minutes en voiture et Porto-Vecchio, une des plus grandes villes de Corse, à 15 minutes. La terrasse et la piscine sont inouïes, la vue est fabuleuse et l'équipement de la maison est de première classe. Inclus dans le prix étaient un nettoyage régulier de la piscine, le ménage fin de séjour, mais aussi, ce qui était fort agréable, un ménage intermédiaire y compris des draps propres. Pour finir, mentionnons que le propriétaire est très aimable et attentionné. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses avec notre petite chienne. Un véritable coup de coeur. A ne pas manquer!
