HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. This cozy Palmetto Dunes villa is a first-floor unit with peaceful wooded and lagoon views.

Off the entry is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating for 2. The dining room has seating for six. In the living room you'll find a sleeper sofa, TV and sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the peaceful woods and lagoon. Guests will enjoy lagoon views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms offer two queen beds, TV, and private bathroom.

Tennis on site! 7817 Centre Court is just a short walk to the beach.

**Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Great location. Love all the amenities and close proximity to the beach.

Tennis condo was excellent. Clean and well stocked with basic linens and kitchen supplies. Plenty of room for family and pets. Property management communication was very professional and timely with well organized information that made our stay enjoyable and easy to follow instructions.

We enjoyed our stay in 7817. The condo was very spacious and in a fantastic location. We loved having quick access to the beach, bike rentals and the general store. We also enjoyed the deck with views of the creek. Our only suggestion is that the condo needs a more thorough deep cleaning. We would be happy to vacation there again in the future.

Nestled in the beautiful palmetto Dunes neighborhood. Walking/biking distance to everything. General store is so close. Our place was very spacious and clean. Love the lagoon view. Pool was great too.

WORST UNIT WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!! After staying at Centre Court for more than 12 years, we will never rent this unit again. It was filthy! Stains on very old carpet, HandiWipes shoved in windows to block leaks, dust and bugs on window sills, spiders and cobwells, refrigerator sounded like a jet engine, stains on duvet cover and bed skirt, and the worst was the filthy plunger and toilet brush in bathroom. Also one of the kitchen cabinets and the drawer above it smelled so bad, we could not use it. The toilet was not stable and wobbled. If I could post pictures here, I would. I will send pics to Island Getaway and recommend that someone inspect this unit asap. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The condo is situated away from the busier areas. A 15 minute walk and the beach is under your feet. The deck is nicely shaded so watching the lagoon is easy to do. Overall we enjoyed our stay. HOWEVER- the condo desperately needs a deep cleaning- furniture, cabinets, floors and shower curtains. A couple of the blinds were either duct taped or completely down. The odor from under the sink permeates the entire condo. Definitely something amiss in the plumbing area. We didn't spend much time inside so not worth making a big stink.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage rental was beautiful. It was very cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the stay there. Hilton Head Island was beautiful this app was such a big help in finding places and getting directions. Thanks so much for making are stay pleasant and comfy.

I have rented in Centre Court many times. ..great location. I would suggest that 7817 get new dishes. ..chips on many. Also had trouble w getting tv to turn on/off instructions posted would b great, they should also get better pillows. ....other wise great
