Toffe vakantiewoning voor 2 personen. Door de dikke muren kan je het huis fris houden in de hitte. Alles was aanwezig. Een droogrekje werd op vraag onmiddellijk gebracht door Enrico. Mooi schaduwrijk terras, leuk zwembad. Enkel de tuin vraagt wat meer liefde. Enrico en de buurtwas top@

Der Garten ist ungepflegt: Altes Laub,verwaiste Blumentöpfe,Unrat in den Ecken,Feucht-verschmutzte Fliesen. Hier sind schon lange keine Bemühungen mehr hinein gesteckt worden und es macht den Garten unattraktiv.Ähnlich im Haus: Vieles ist in mangelhaftem Zustand,was wirklich einfach zu verbessern wäre.Küche: Es gibt Teller,aber wenig Gläser und Tassen.Zwei Weingläser,eines angeschlagen.Bei so wenig Geschirr macht die Spülmaschine wenig Sinn. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig.Neue Toilette wäre nötig. Zumindest eine neue Klobrille und -bürste. Schlafzi: Niedriges Bett auf Rollen. Wohnung ist feucht. So feucht, dass unsere Bücher sich gewellt haben. Die frische Kleidung war leicht klamm und auch die Bettwäsche. Fazit: Unwohlsein. Die 75€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ein Wucher: Pro Person ein dünnes, vergrautes, mittelgroßes Handtuch und schmuddelige Geschirrhandtücher. Bett war nur mit einem Laken bezogen und einer dünnen Baumwolltagesdecke. Die zur Verfügung gestellte Fleecedecke mochten wir trotz Kälte nicht nutzen. Ärgerlich waren auch Reinigungskosten von 150€: Der Ofen war schmuddelig, mochten wir nicht nutzen. Fahrzeiten nicht unterschätzen! Die angegebenen Zeiten entsprechen vll. italienischer Fahrweise, bei bekannter Gegend - wer sich nicht auskennt, fährt vorsichtiger und braucht länger. Die 1000€ pro Woche ist die Wohnung nicht wert. Lobenswert erwähnen wir die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Eigentümer, der auch nach einem Stromausfall sofort reagierte.

L'umidità questa primavera è stata elevata in tutto il nord Italia causa il maltempo e certo la settimana piovosa ha giocato ulteriormente a sfavore. Anche le macchie di umido nelle piastrelle del giardino sono conseguenza della pessima primavera. Per la prima volta riceviamo un commento così negativo ma prenderemo spunto per migliorare.

Quelques petites précisions par rapport à l'annonce: * Cette location ne convient pas à des familles avec enfants: le règlement de la piscine stipule explicitement qu'il est interdit de sauter et de plonger dans la piscine et qu'il est interdit d'y rester plus d'une heure durant. Ces règles nous ont été régulièrement rappelées par les copropriétaires pointilleux et peu tolérants vis-à-vis de jeunes enfants. Certains jeux comme le ballon ne sont pas bienvenus dans le jardin. Cela a rendu certaines visites à la piscine et au jardin tendues. * Calme relatif quand on sait que le clocher situé à 50 m sonne les heures et les demi-heures deux fois durant toute la nuit. Ayant le sommeil léger, ce désagrément a fort perturbé nos nuits. * Le linge de maison n'est pas propre, il y subsiste des odeurs désagréables, y compris dans les oreillers et les serviettes. * Vaisselle en quantité insuffisante (trois petites cuillères), rendant le lave-vaisselle quasi inutile. * Pas de wifi * Pas de télévision Points positifs: * Très joli petit village, hors du tumulte des plages tout en permettant d'y accéder en peu de temps. * Proximité des cinq terres.

En ce qui concerne le séjour de la famille Bossier, le problème provient de la déséducation des enfants qui ne respectaient pas les règles de la copropriété. Les parents ne jouaient pas leur rôle d’éducateurs. La maison a été laissée dans un très mauvais état. Toutes les familles avec enfants qui sont venus, n'ont eu aucun problème. Quant aux cloches, ça n'est jamais eté un probleme pour aucun Pour moi cette location a eté une experience vraiment mauvaise.

Gentillesse, calme et fraicheur

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur chaleureux accueil. L'endroit est calme, la piscine et les transats en plein soleil. Une petite terrasse agréablement ombragé pour un très chaud mois de juillet. Location conforme au descriptif.

Nature Calme et Soleil

Nous étions ravis de séjourner à Masso pendant nos vacances en famille. Les hôtes, francophiles et francophones, nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et avaient préparé à notre attention un petit guide de restaurants, plages, etc. Ils nous ont d'ailleurs particulièrement aidé et soutenu alors que l'un de nous connaissait des petits problèmes de santé. L' appartement du rez de chaussée que nous occupions est très spacieux et la terrasse extérieure très agréable notamment le soir au coucher du soleil. De cette terrasse et du jardin , la vue est magnifique sur les monts environnants (avec un petit triangle de mer tout au fond). Quant au "micro-village", il est charmant avec ses ruelles pentues et ses innombrables chats ! Nous vous recommandons donc cette location.

Soggiorno presso Masso

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa dal 21 al 29 agosto. Il posto è incantevole per la traquillità ed il clima (caldo di giorno e fresco la sera, sempre ventilato). Proprietari e vicini gentili e simpatici. Unico neo l'affollamento delle spiagge vicine, poco fruibili dato il periodo. Il giardino e la piccola piscina hanno supplito egregiamente. Piacevolissimo il terrazzo con la pergola sotto la quale pranzare e cenare. Il posto è interessante per le escursioni verso le 5 terre raggiungibili facilmente in treno o in battello. La dotazione dell'appartamento potrebbe essere un pò integrata con tv, WIFI, asciugacapelli e soprattutto qualche attrezzatura di cucina.

Vacances ligures réussies !

La dolce vita en famille (2 ad. + 3 enf.), façon côte Ligure, dévoilée sur les plages de Moneglia, Sestri Levente, Levanto... Appartement paisiblement installé dans le petit village de Masso, spacieux et rénové avec modernité et fonctionnalité, piscine appréciée pendant la sieste des plus petits. Point de départ aisé vers Portofino, les Cinque Terre, etc... Difficile de tout voir en une semaine malgré les conseils avisés! Amabilité du voisinage puisque nous avons pu visité gracieusement la ferme équestre voisine au détour d'une ballade. Service de qualité, correspondant à l'annonce, à recommander.

Très agréable location

La location est très agréable, propre, le décors contemporain. Idéal pour un couple, mais nous avons occupé les lieux très confortablement à 4 (une famille avec deux enfants en bas âge). L'espace extérieur est aussi très confortable : terrasse privée, jardin avec piscine à partager. La cohabitation avec nos voisins s'est très bien passée. Nous les avons peu vu ! L'appartement est très indépendant. Seul bémol, la cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée pour cuisiner, ainsi qu'en nombre d'assiettes, couverts, etc. et le réfrigérateur est assez petit, mais rien de très grave non plus ! Excellent séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location très bien située pour visiter la Ligurie.
