New for this year slate patio area, new patio corner sofa and chairs for barbecue and outdoor dining .Large grassy garden with fence making it child and dog proof with shady seating under trees looking out over open fields, 5 minutes walk to Pityme pub, 15 minutes walk on footpath to golf club and spa , with tennis , padel ball , indoor swimming pool and gymn at the Point. 5 minutes by car to Rock beach and ferry to Padstow, surfing at Polzeath 5 minutes drive. Ideally suited to 6 adults and 2 children.New blackout curtains for good nights sleep.

I worked in Gloucester as a dentist for the last 36 years ,now retired, and have been coming to Rock for holidays for even longer .My parents brought me to Cornwall for holidays and I have had many holidays here with my own children who are now grown up and left home.

Having had many happy holidays here with my children we hope you will have as much fun in Rock as we do.There is something here for everybody,sailing at Rock beach , windsurfing and sunbathing at Daymer bay, surfing at Polzeath,golf at St Enodoc or the Point.The Eden project 40 minute drive.
