Quelques petites améliorations seraient nécessaires !!!

Un numéro sur le mur extérieur faciliterait grandement la localisation de la maison . Une armoire serait nécessaire dans la chambre du 2Úme étage en lieu et place des rangements existants qui ne sont pas pratique.

WohlfĂŒhlurlaub

Unser 1. Urlaub in Frankreich konnte nicht besser starten. Marianne hat uns sehr nett empfangen, wenn unser Französisch am Ende war ging es mit englisch weiter und ggf mit HĂ€nden und FĂŒĂŸen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Schöner, kleiner Ort mit kleinen Bars und Restaurants. SupermĂ€rkte mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. BĂ€cker in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Strand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Unser Favorit war allerdings der 10 Minuten entfernte Strand von Loctudy. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht zum kochen, leben und wohlfĂŒhlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage

Schönes Haus, sehr gĂŒnstig gelegen. Nicht weit zum Strand und nur ĂŒber die BrĂŒcke nach Guivilec, Allerdings ist ddas Haus sehr hellhörig, jedes wort ist im zimmer nebenan zu hören

Direkt am Freizeithafen, Strand in FußnĂ€he

Ein Ferienhaus, bei dem viele Details stimmen: eine schöne Lage am Hafen, Guilvinec ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, mehrere BĂ€ckereien fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Parken vor Ort ist kein Problem. Der Sandstrand mit Felsen ist einen 10minĂŒtigen Spaziergang entfernt. Andere abwechslungsreiche StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Bei der Einrichtung haben wir nichts vermisst, uns ĂŒber den Induktionsherd, einige Spiele, Grundnahrungsmittel wie Öl, Essig, Salz gefreut. Bei Problemen vor Ort konnte die ortsansĂ€ssige Ansprechpartnerin uns schnell helfen. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Maison confortable bien située

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine à Treffagiat. L'emplacement est trÚs appréciable car nous pouvons aller au marcher / faire des courses à pied. La maison est trÚs bien équipée (literie, appareil de qualité ) et bien chauffée. Il y a aussi des jeux de société dont nous avons profité. Quelques livres, une caisse de jouets d'enfants et quelques plats et grandes assiettes pourraient améliorer encore un peu cette belle prestation. Merci à vous pour votre accueil, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Treffigat- Guilvinec

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Lage ist Zentral, in der NĂ€he befinden sich ein BĂ€cker, drei Kneipen und eine Pizzeria. Eine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus war jederzeit gegeben. Guilvinec und Treffiagat sind sehr sehenswert und bieten den perfekten Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr zahlreiche AusflĂŒge. Ein Strand ist zwar fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen, wir haben uns aber lieber ins Auto gesetzt um zu den StrĂ€nden bei Tronoen oder La Torche zu fahren (Sehr guter Spot zum Surfen oder Kiten. Es gibt dort Zahlreiche Surfschulen die auch Material vermieten). Vor Ort wird man von der ĂŒberaus freundlichen Madam Brabant begrĂŒĂŸt, welche einem das Haus erlĂ€utert. Wir wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank

TrĂšs bon sejour

C’est une belle petite maison de pĂȘcheurs rĂ©novĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e. On peut facilement se rendre Ă  pied au guilvinec. Pas besoin de prendre sa voiture.

Positif : Location idĂ©alement situĂ©e : le port Ă  pieds Maison lumineuse Accueil agrĂ©able par la rĂ©ceptionniste, Points nĂ©gatifs: Maison non insonorisĂ©e, bruyante avec des enfants ( le plancher bois est posĂ© sur d anciennes lambourdes sans isolation phonique, cloisons en simple lambris), Absence de garde corps au niveau des fenĂȘtres du premier Ă©tage, lit superposĂ© non conforme car absence de barriĂšre anti chute pour le matelas du haut Le lit en 140 au premier Ă©tage est inconfortable ; il grince et le matelas est digne d un vieux clique claque Absence de containers Ă  poubelles. Je pense qu il est tout Ă  fait possible d amĂ©liorer cette location

Das HĂ€uschen ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, BĂ€cker, Pizzeria und Fischmarkt wunderbar erreichbar. Der fusslĂ€ufige Strand war prima, die Kinder konnten schnorcheln, auch wenn es kein feiner Sand war. Die KĂŒchenausstattung fanden wir in einigen Dingen ergĂ€nzungsfĂ€hig. Besonders nett war, dass uns vor Ort alles gezeigt wurde. Ansonsten in der vorigen Beschreibung bestens getroffen.

Idyllischer Urlaub am Hafen

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Treffiagat verbracht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Audierne, Concarneau, Quimper oder zum Point du Raz. Der große und weitlĂ€ufige Strand bei Penmarch ist schöner als der in Lechiagat, daher sind wir immer die 20 Minuten dahin gefahren. Das Haus liegt ganz nah am Hafen, fußlĂ€ufig zu einer kleinen Bar, einem sehr guten Pizzarestaurant, einer Apotheke und BĂ€ckerei. Vom Dachfenster des Schlafzimmers hatten wir tagtĂ€glich einen herrlichen Blick ĂŒber den gesamten Hafenbereich. Innen ist es sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr bis zu 6 Personen. Auch die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist prima. Sehr schön auch die blickgeschĂŒtzte Sonnenterrasse. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass es durch die dĂŒnnen Holzböden sehr hellhörig innen ist, es ist also eher nicht geeignet fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit Freunden, aber prima fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Eine nette Geste waren der leckere Cidre, die bretonischen PlĂ€tzchen und am Schluss das bretonische KĂŒchentuch als Gastgeschenk. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und auch die Hausbetreuung mit SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe etc waren wirklich prima. Alles in allem also gerne wieder!

Maison et lieu trÚs agréables

Maison charmante, agréable, décorée avec goût et suffisamment spacieuse. Une vue magnifique sur le port, le matin au réveil. Au niveau de l'équipement, rien à redire. De belles balades à proximité. Commerces, restaurants tous proches sans avoir besoin de la voiture.
