This beautiful apartment is located in a typical Cannaregio district, strategically located just 5 minutes from the railway station of Venice "Saint Lucia". It is located in a very convenient area for the vaporetto stop, and to reach all the main monuments and attractions. The apartment is located in a new building, and is a perfect combination of modern living, and cozy house in the heart of historic Venice. The apartment has a separate entrance on the ground floor, which leads to a spacious lounge and modern kitchen, always the same floor there is a spacious bathroom with bath tub and washing machine. Climbing the beautiful wooden staircase, leads to the first floor where you will find the cozy and warm attic bedroom, plus another bathroom with shower. The entire apartment has exposed beams, which makes it even more attractive and special. We offer linen, air conditioning, heating, and free wi fi included in the price.
The city taxed are not included, and it's necessary to pay at check-in.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung.Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und sind auf alle Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig gelegen aber innerhalb kurzer Zeit beim Vaporetto und der Innenstadt.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Die Wohnung war mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Tage in Venedig genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank von Nicole und Ralf.

Appartement très agréable

Bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille et authentique, et à 2 pas des coins plus animés et touristiques de la ville. Les gares ferroviaires et routières sont facilement accessibles (5 et 10 mn à pieds), de même que les commerces et restaurants. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé et climatisé. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre court séjour... bref, une adresse à retenir sans hésiter !

4 Tage Venedig

Das Buchen und die Transparenz mit welchen Personen man zu tun hat, war sehr gut. Alle relevanten Telefonnummern, Bankdaten, Adressen bekam man auf Anfrage sofort. Alles lief sehr vertrauensvoll ab. Wir wurden pünktlich beim Appartement, sehr freundlich von Giorgia Bertoldi in Empfang genommen. Das Appartement ist sehr bequem gelegen. In 5 Minuten war man zu Fuss am Bahnhof wo auch alle alle Vaporettos anhalten. Das Appartement war für unseren Verwendungszweck (Schlafen und Frühstück für 5 Personen und 3 Nächte) völlig ausreichend. Es hatte genügend Bettwäsche und auch Frottiertücher. Praktisch war auch das Wohnungseigene WiFi. Ein kleines Minus wenn Satelliten-TV steht sollten auch deutschsprachige Sender zu sehen sein, diese waren zwar programmiert, kamen aber nicht, zum Glück waren wir ja nicht zum TV Schauen nach Venedig gekommen.

situation très pratique pour nous car proche de Piazzale Roma(nous restions 4j avec un abonnement de 3j au vaporetto!). Appartement confortable notamment les couchages.Propreté correcte mais sans plus; vaisselle limitée et peu de chaînes en français à la télé(TV5 monde et France 24). Bilan néanmoins positif car bonne situation au calme

Appartement idéal tant au niveau de son confort(très bonne literie!),de son calme,de sa propreté,de sa proximité avec les lieux culturels et de déplacements(3 mn de la gare /5mn du terminal des bus de l'aéroport).Et la propriètaire est très sympathique!A valider sans hésiter!
