Connection NATURE! Gîte de caractère, 3*, in a Poitou farmhouse (86310),

House, 120m2 with wifi: 2 bedrooms, one very spacious with office area, living room with possibility additional beds, library and television, dining room with fireplace, kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove with oven. ..)
This private house opens on large spaces and games for children reserved for holidaymakers (meadows, orchard and wood ... + one hectare). Garage, bicycles, barbecue, garden furniture are available.
The entry of the lodging is done on a raised court, common with the owners.
Special conditions:
- 40 € / night from 6 April to 31 May and from 28 September to 3 November 2019, + 10 € / night if electric heating.
- 45 € / night from 1st to 28th June and from 31st August to 28th September
with a minimum of 4 nights.
- € 53 / night from June 29 to August 30 with a minimum of 7 nights.
Prices are for 2 adults and 1 to 3 children under 12 years old.
If additional adult or 12 year old child among 3 = + 10 € / night per person.
Less 25% for one month and less 10% for 15 days.
Tourist tax: 0,88 per adult.
Deposit 300 €.
Free wood for insert and fireplace.
Initially, the beds must be undone and the household is "thoroughly", otherwise a sum of 50 € is requested.
Possibility rental week end, except July and August:
 2 nights 120 €, 3 nights 150 €, for 4 adults.

Une super semaine en famille chez Yolande

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Yolande en profitant du patrimoine aux alentours et des balades environnantes. Nos enfants ont adoré voir les animaux de Yolande, et la maison est agréable avec un grand jardin. Yolande est une personne adorable, très accueillante et arrangeante, nous recommandons !

Un petit paradis ...

Calme, repos, balades, environnement plus qu'agréable ... Notre séjour à été une merveilleuse parenthèse. Yolande est une hôte discrète et disponible, une vraie belle rencontre. Lula la gardienne, Pino le têtu et les autres animaux nous ont accompagnés pendant ces vacances , parfois un peu hors du temps. Encore un grand merci à Yolande ! PS : parlez lui du Kamchatka, des grands espaces et des volcans ... ;-) PS bis : Yolande, raconte tes aventures ! PS ter : Le quatre-quart ... Miam !

Perfect break

We loved the cottage and the setting, and Yolande is a great host - she baked us a delicious cake for our arrival! There is lots to do in the area and plenty to make you feel at home in the cottage. Surrounded by nature and fabulous sunsets, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été charmés par le caractère de cette ferme. Le gîte est spacieux, confortable, propre, lumineux. L environnement idyllique pour personnes qui recherchent calme et retour à la nature. Tout en étant parfaitement situé (nous avons eu beaucoup de sites à visiter dans un périmètre de 30 min de route maximum. Et la campagne est propice à de belles randonnées).Yolande réserve un accueil très chaleureux à ses locataires. Disponible et très serviable, elle a l art de recevoir! Une location que nous vous recommandons très vivement ! Idéal famille avec enfants! Nous y reviendrons avec bonheur !
