Charming half-timbered house typical of the Landes. Spacious and comfortable. 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large living room + annex of 90 m² including a double bedroom, wc, bathroom, fitness room. Large relaxation area, lounge, fireplace, hammocks, and summer kitchen bar. Seasonal rental for 12 people maximum in a 3000m² garden surrounded by forest, very quiet and pleasant site for groups of friends or families. 11 x 5 secure swimming pool. Beneficial massages and moments of pleasure guaranteed thanks to a 5-seater jacuzzi. Boules pitch
15m x 5m for games of pétanques until the end of the night. Tennis court 100m away. 10 minutes from Dax famous for these férias in August, 20 minutes from the ocean (Messanges). Motorway 5 minutes to Basque country (Biarritz 45 min) or Spain (1 h 00). You will spend a relaxing holiday in a magnificent site.
Optional cleaning fee of € 200 per stay.
