Located in the central area, with a private parking space. For 5/6 guests (5 adults + 1 child and infant or 4 adults + 2 children and infant) It consists of an outdoor area, living room with kitchenette and dining room, 1 bathroom and 2 large double bedrooms. It is also complete with unlimited free wi-fi, LED TV, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kitchen accessories, baby changing table, high chair, air conditioning and fans for each room. Great place, ideal for families!

Gina and Silvia are great hosts, combining attention to details together with the warmest hospitality. The house is located close to the lovely Villasimius city center, 2 minutes walking away around the corner, flat has private parking, and everything in place for a super comfortable stay, from functional and updated appliances,to furniture, and kids friendly corners. Lots of toys and beach gears supplied too, which come handy if you travel light. Location is one of the most amazing in South east Sardinia, plenty of wonderful beaches to explore, hiring a car is recommended. We cannot recommend it enough!amazing overall!

Casa vacanza molto bella

Casa molto ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort ,super accessoriata! Pulizia impeccabile e stato dell'appartamento molto buono. L'appartamento è molto vicino al centro ma nonostante la sua vicinanza è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Da rivedere gli spazi esterni, secondo me poco usufruibili per essere una casa vacanza mare. Un grande ringraziamento alla zia Gina sempre molto disponibile e cordiale

unico difetto - se proprio ad essere pignoli ! si vuole trovarne uno - è la mancanza di finestra in una delle camere , che è chiusa ( particolare che tuttavia si evince molto bene dalle foto ) trattandosi di una casa in stile campidanese . Per il resto ci siamo trovati più che bene , la location è molto ampia e decisamente ideale per famiglie con bimbi oltrechè abbordabile per chi cerca una sistemazione centrale di buon livello o non può permettersi il soggiorno di una villa o nei lussuosi alberghi della zona . Villasimius è una delle nostre mete preferite e vi terremo di sicuro presenti nella nostra " wish list " di case vacanza . Sara e famiglia

Perfect

We were a family of 4 (children aged 4 and 1)renting car in Cagliari. The house was very convenient for us :few minutes far from the beach and less than a minute from the village center. It was lactate in a close condominium with an entry gate, spacious and quite with inner car parking (very useful). At the arrival we found some extras very appreciated and our children enjoyed an inside little nursery area. Owners were always at disposal for every need. Just one thing to note maybe will be useful an electric gate, but definitely it wasn't a problem to access the house. Reccomend it to everyone, especially for family with kids.

APPARTAMENTO CARINO & COCCOLOSO ...

... COME DIREBBERO I PINGUINI DI MADAGASCAR !! L'appartamento è spaziosissimo e attrezzato di tutto punto , essendo ormai degli assidui frequentatori di Villasimius possiamo dire sicuramente di più rispetto ad altri presso cui avevamo soggiornato . Il parcheggio è interno alla casa e riservato ( vantaggio considerevole a Villa ) e abbiamo potuto godere per ben due settimane delle splendide spiagge , dei tramonti spettacolari e nondimeno la sera , essendo davvero vicinissimi al centro ( 30 secondi a piedi ) dei negozietti della via del mare e della " movida " notturna sempre caliente !! di Villasimius . Ringraziamo infine Silvia e zia Gina per l'ottima marmellata fatta in casa .. davvero SUPER !! Siete state gentilissime e torneremo di sicuro a trovarvi ! La Jenny & amici

Casa ampia, pulita, accessoriata e centrale.

Appartamento ampio, accessoriato, pulito e in buono stato; ubicato in prossimità del centro ma molto tranquillo; ideale per due famiglie: particolarmente utile a famiglie comprendenti figli adolescenti (saranno autonomi nel partecipare alla movida locale)! I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili; abbiamo avuto la fortuna di godere dell'offerta di una specialita' culinaria locale: da leccarsi i baffi! Abbiamo avuto a disposizione tutta la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) oltre a tutto il materiale da spiaggia (teli da mare compresi): se arriverete in Sardegna in aereo la cosa sarà molto apprezzata ancorché utile. Presso l'appartamento abbiamo trovato ampia documentazione turistica sui siti interessanti della zona. Siamo arrivati a sera inoltrata: trovare disponibile il minimo indispensabile alla sopravvivenza (caffé, zucchero, olio, pasta) è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Valutazione complessiva: molto soddisfacente!

Great holiday in a well-equipped apartment

A nice week in this beautiful apartment in the city center , much like a resort for pleasant courtesy and helpfulness of the owners . Spacious, functional, clean and quiet , no surprises ! We had a great time and even our kids enjoyed the equipment of this ap. provided with everything two families needs . Villasimius is a really lovely place straight out of a fairy tale ... what else to say ? We really hope to come back and see you , maybe for a longer period , thanks Silvia and aunt Gina !

Vacanza super!!

La casa in buono stato,pulita ed ordinata,le camere spaziose dotate di ventilatore, ideale per ospitare due famiglie(8persone)! Super accessoriata sia per quanto concerne l'angolo cucina che per gli elettrodomestici! Addirittura sono presenti lettini,sdraio e ombrelloni e teli per la spiaggia.... I padroni di casa (la gentilissima Silvia) e la zia Gina con il cagnolino Neve ( adorato e coccolato dai nostri figli) ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte con un cesto di benvenuto, sempre disponibili e presenti per ogni necessità. La posizione é ottima, a pochi passi dal centro della bella Villasimius, dai vari supermercati e negozi che offrono prodotti tipici. Poco dista Il mare "caraibico" con le spiagge bianche di sabbia. Lo consigliamo a tutti e....ci torneremmo? Sicuramente si!! Cinzia e Sabrina

Splendida vacanza Villasimius

L'appartamento era conforme a quanto descritto nell'inserzione, centralissimo e quindi tutti i negozi erano a portata di mano. Tutto pulito e profumato e completo di tutto ciò che può servire: stoviglie, lavatrice, micronde, aspirapolvere, lenzuola, asciugamani e teli a volontà, ombrelloni, sdraiette, ma anche detersivi, carta igienica... Completa di tutto e molto spaziosa e luminosa. Silvia, la proprietaria, è stata sempre precisa, gentile, tempestiva nel rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda o curiosità (ci ha inviato anche una cartina con le spiagge da non perdere della zona). Il nostro contatto sul posto è stata la mitica zia Gina (ci ha regalato anche una bottiglia di limoncello per il compleanno di mio cognato), disponibile e discreta. Non ci siamo spostati molto per le spiagge perché ovunque il mare era un incanto (in particolare ci è piaciuta la spiaggia di Punta Molentis, sabbia bianchissima con pezzetti di corallo e acqua trasparente!). La sera si possono fare delle splendide passeggiate in centro andando a piedi (bancarelle, piccoli spettacoli, locali carinissimi). Consiglio vivamente a famiglie anche con bimbi di soggiornare qui!
