Villasimius - A few meters from the beautiful beach of Simius, chalet portion with large garden, 2 bedrooms, (one double and one with bunk beds), living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea. Ideal for those who do not want to travel by car and want to enjoy the tranquility of the deserted beach already early in the morning or stay on the beach until sunset without worrying about having to queue in the car to return to the country. Ideal for 2-3 adults or a couple with 2 children max 3.
In the garden there is an outdoor shower (cold water only), ample parking space and a barbecue area and gazebo for outdoor dining.
Villasimius, with its shops and its premises, is just over a kilometer away and easily reached by bike. The nearest Market (located at the residence Altura) is approximately 250 meters.

Direkt am Strand

Unser Urlaub im Häuschen direkt am Strand war ideal für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Im Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, in 2 Minuten ist man am Meer und der Strand ist wunderschön und das Meer traumhaft klar und warm. Im Häuschen war Gebäck und Milch und Brot für uns....wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Mille grazie per tutto!

Siamo appena rientrati ed è stata una vacanza stupenda! Il mare, la spiaggia sono un paradiso!

La casa è perfetta! La vicinanza con la spiaggia non ha prezzo! In casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva. C'è un bellissimo giardino con gazebo dove cenare al fresco e il barbecue per le grigliate! I padroni di casa splendidi e ospitali! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con pasticcini tipici, pane fresco, prosciutto e altro! Vacanza perfetta! Ci torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!

Ottima posizione e ampi spazi esterni

Siamo stati a giugno con i nostri due figli. Abbiamo apprezzato la spledida e comodissima posizione sulla spiaggia di simius, il silenzio serale e notturno, la vicinanza al centro abitato. Molto gradito l'ampio giardino attrezzato per grigliate e giochi all'aperto e l'appartamento fornitissimo di qualsiasi cosa cercassimo. Per le dimensioni piu' adatto a 4 persone anche se 3 bimbi piccoli ci stanno comodamente. Lo abbiamo gia' pubblicizzato tra gli amici
