Apartment of 130 square meters, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace, overlooking the countryside and the sea, with a large garden. A short walk from the town center, where you will find shops with typical Tuscan products, meats, cheeses, olive oil and wine, a super butcher rotisserie, where you can get the true Florentine Steak, and the best meats in our area. In addition there are pizzerias, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, all surrounded by stunning Tuscan countryside. WI-FI FREE
The apartment is located about 1 hour from Pisa 1.5 hours from Florence. Ideal for exploring Tuscany is the hinterland such as Volterra, without giving up the sea.
Great for hiking, mountain biking, or walking in the woods.

During the summer in Monteverdi are made many parties and events where you can taste the typical products of Tuscany such as the famous pappardelle with wild boar or super Tuscan wines.
