pleasant stay in San Vito lo Capo

Ruim en comfortabel appartement. Compleet ingerichte keuken, goed voorzien van pannen en overige keuken attributen. Communicatie snel en efficiënt. Ze hebben ons heel goed geholpen, toen we een groot probleem hadden 🙏. Aanvullende informatie bij sleutel overhandiging is een aandachtspuntje: wij werden verrast door een overstromend waterreservoir van de airco. Dit systeem van afwatering kennen wij niet in NL. Dat was overigens snel opgelost. Parkeren kan achter de woning, maar is vrij nauw. Goed opletten dus. Ligging is uitstekend, vlakbij supermarkt, groentewinkel en bakker. Strand en restaurants op loopafstand.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a fine settembre, eravamo 5 amici di circa 40 anni. La dimensione della struttura ci ha permesso di godere di buona privacy ma anche di sfruttare l'ampio spazio comune della zona giorno! La comunicazione con Roberto è stata ottima, pronto a rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti e assolutamente discreto durante il soggiorno! La zona è perfetta perché lontana dal caos del centro ma a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, vicinissimo al supermercato! Non è una casa dotata di molte finestre ma per noi che uscivamo al mattino e tornavamo la sera non è stato un problema! Grazie Roberto!

Confortevole

La casa è come nella descrizione. Ha tutti i comfort. L'aria condizionata la si sente anche dalla camera da letto principale. Fantastico. Abbiano soggiornato 32 notti a San Vito dal 16 luglio al 17 Agosto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie mille. La signora Vita è stata anche molto gentile. E premurosi.

Ottima posizione in paese, appartamento ideale per 4-5 persone che lascia però a desiderare in quanto a manutenzione, gestione. Direi accettabile ma non ci soggiornerei nuovamente.

Soggiorno Ottimo

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in 2 famiglia, di cui entrambi con bambini, di 4 e 11 mesi. I proprietari disponibili e molto gentili. Posizione ottima sia per arrivare in spiaggia ( 500 m) all'incirca. Adiacente al centro del paese ma al contempo non al centro, quindi, senza il caos. Consigliato!!

10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge, alla fine dellla via pedonale del centro. Si può tranquillamente abbandonare la macchina per tutta la durata del soggiorno e muoversi a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio interno ma causa passaggio stretto solo per auto medio piccole. Ampie possibilità nelle zone limitrofe.

Vacanza Meravigliosa

Che dire la casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione , molto pulita, vicino c'è tutto dai supermercati ai panifici alla zona centrale, i ristoranti, il mare, ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa e tranquilla, comodissimo il posto auto cosi arrivi e non ci pensi più, molto premuroso il proprietario Roberto,quando ritornerò a San Vito lo ricontatterò sicuramente lo consiglio.
