ITACA Apartment - Jacuzzi on the terrace

The house, completed in June 2016, is located in the centre of San Vito lo Capo, just a short walk from the sandy beach. Modern and fully equipped, it features two bedrooms—one double and one triple (with a double bed and a single bed)—two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed that sleeps two (two single beds). It can therefore accommodate up to 7 people. Each bedroom has USB ports and an in-room TV. An internal staircase leads to the terrace, for guests’ exclusive use, which is partly covered by a pergola and partly set up as a sun deck with two lounge chairs. The terrace offers a stunning view. Guests also have access to an assigned parking space in the garage, Wi-Fi, a barbecue, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a television. The house is ideal for groups of families, as it can be rented together with the Panarea, Perla, and Casa di Anto homes. They are all located in the same complex but are independent of one another. Guests of Casa Itaca have access to 2 bicycles, included in the rental fee for the duration of their stay.
