In Cap Ferret, near the ocean beaches, between the lighthouse and the semaphore, you will be seduced by the charm and authenticity of this beautiful wooden villa of 120m2 in the spirit of the fishermen's huts of the Presqu'île.
Located on an enclosed and landscaped garden of 450 m2, facing east-west, it has 2 terraces of 60 and 90 m2, fitted out for your comfort (garden tables, sunbeds, bench)
This villa, with quality services, offers on the ground floor a living space (55m2) with living/dining room + semi-open fitted kitchen (sliding frame), a laundry room, as well as a bedroom (bed 160) with shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160 bed, 2 bedrooms with 90x2 beds), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Comfort elements: indoor and outdoor furniture, bedrooms with large cupboards, washing machine, dryer, live-box TV, wifi, outdoor plancha, outdoor shower.

The ocean on foot (surf school)... Tennis and paddle tennis nearby... The village of Ferret by bike in a few minutes...

Situation idéale

Proche de tout ce qu’il y a à faire au Cap Ferret, la maison est idéalement située. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison propre, matelas de qualité, bien achalandé niveau vaisselle. Elle possède tout le confort moderne. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.
