Our apartment is only 2 miles from Carson-Newman University. Are you looking for a safe and beautiful place to stay in East Tennessee that is fully furnished and has all the amenities of a home? We have you covered in our European-styled second-story flat.

Folks stay with us for work in Morristown, University of Tennessee home games (25miles), horseback riding events in New Market (5miles), Carson Newman University events (2 miles), and visits to Pigeon Forge / Sevierville (30miles).

This unit has beautiful decor and furnishings. Full kitchen with dining table for 6. No carpeted area in the apartment. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Enjoy!

WIFI - 500mb included. Roku in the living room and Roku - off-air antenna TV in the bedroom.

We live just 1 mile from the apartment. If you ever need anything at all, we are glad to help. We are happy to give you hints on places to play, shop and eat. We recommend local places like Gondolier Italian, Pals Hamburger Drive-thru, or The Mad Ox House downtown! Just let us know by text or message, and we will be glad to be your local guide.

This is above a commercial space used by the state of Tennessee. There is little use of the commercial space after 5 pm.

We have both Hwy 11e and Old Hwy 11e entrances into our building. Very convenient from our local full-service hospital, only 1/2 mile away.

Our guests love the large rooms and the decor of our place. It truly becomes a home away from home. Our internet is high-speed and convenient to Walmart and many local shops like Pals!

Perfect get away

We had a wonderful experience here. Very clean and we didn't have to purchase things like coffee, creamer, salt/pepper, detergent for our week stay. We will stay here again!

Comfy condo

The place was fantastic! Temperature was great, beds were very comfortable, plenty of amenities including washer/dryer! The owner is very responsive to any questions and even offered to come by to show me how to work the TV. I’d definitely book with them again!

Awesome place

We had a wedding nearby and needed a nice place to stay. The owner is very attentive to needs and the actual condo/unit is immaculate. This is probably the nicest overnight rental in all of Jefferson county in a great central location. We are very impressed and would urge you to give it a try if you need a great place to stay. Worth every penny.

Nice apartment for short or long getaway vacations

Nice property for exploring the area from. Kitchen is well stocked, bedroom has lots of storage, and the location is New Market is accessible. Be prepared for moving things up the stairs to the apartment and television limited to Roku / Netflix / Hulu subscriptions. Owner is good to work with and quick to respond. Good base for exploring the nearby outdoors.

Wonderful place!

The apartment was great very rummy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and fun. I did have a little trouble with the TV in the bedroom however my son helped me and all was good. It was great to have the laundry setup so we could wash our clothes when needed. If I had just one negative it would be that the shower was a bit small. Otherwise the place was great!

Amazingly comfortable and convenient apartment!

For months I searched for a place to stay while I taught for a semester at Carson-Newman University, but I found literally nothing. I only needed housing for five months, but the shortest lease most apartment complexes would issue was seven months long. Thankfully, just before I had reconciled myself to hotel living, I happened upon a posting for this unit. It's a godsend! It's much more than I expected to find in the area—comfortably furnished, televisions, washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen—and worth every penny!

Great place to stay in Jefferson City

We enjoyed our stay in Apartment B. The place is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, well maintained, and nicely furnished. The size and quality made us were happy to have guests join us there for a graduation party. The owner is responsive and helpful. The microwave started malfunctioning and he replaced it immediately. Sometimes you can hear the people in the next apartment if it's occupied, but there are two sound machines provided to mask that down. One thermostat controls both apartments via the Nest app, so occasionally we had to open or close some of the vents to balance the temperature. It worked out okay. If we're ever back in Jefferson City, we hope this apartment will be available!

Odd location, poor prep by manager and ongoing AC issues

Apartment was dirty from last guest upon our arrival. Beds slept in, towels on bathroom floor, trash full and food on counters. Very hot. Contacted property manager. He replied promptly and sent me to adjacent apartment. It was clean but the heat had been left on and it was 89 degrees. It had been an 83 degree day so no relief by opening windows. Thermostat was adjusted and began cooling but stopped about 45 minutes later. Another call/fix. It worked but never cooled enough to sleep comfortably. Same thing happened second night. It was hot when we arrived around 7pm. Another call. Another fix. Another stop. Another call, another fix. Another uncomfortable night. The apartments are beautifully furnished and the property manager was responsive but it was a challenging stay.

Such A Great Place!!!

This was by far the best VRBO stay I have ever had! The details that described this apartment was spot on. The apartment was beyond clean and location was great. If you are going to Carson Newman for anything this is the place to stay for that. We were about 5 minutes from the school. Getting to the school from this apartment could not be any better. The parking lot was well laid out and I felt very safe leaving my vehicle there. The inside of the apartment was beyond nice. The owner could not have been better! I did have to reach out to him and he got back to me super fast. It is owners like him that make staying in a VRBO great. We are already looking at going back.

Very responsive owner - worked well for two guests

We were in the Knoxville area for a few days and always enjoy having a kitchen and living space instead of a hotel. Owner was very responsive with questions about getting into unit and for adjusting the thermostat even on Thanksgiving day. Unit was equipped as advertised. You can hear the neighboring apartment as other reviewers have commented. The location is very convenient off the highway - but it was tricky to find in the strip mall. Luckily he texted me a short video that helped me find the door to the apartment. I would suggest owner add a toaster to the kitchen and a few full size ice trays.

Loved this rental unit. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. The owner was super nice and very helpful. Very private. Short ride to Walmart and several restaurants. Not a bad drive over to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Had WiFi connection. Nice kitchenette and dining area. The only complaint was no ESPN to watch the football game I was looking forward to. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay when you are in the area!

Beautiful upstairs apartment

We were visiting the area for Carson Newman's Homecoming. We were very pleased with the beautiful upstairs apartment! It was a nice comfortable place to come back to and relax. It slept 3 adults and 1 child comfortably. Conveniently close to Carson Newman and Knoxville.

Why they chose this property

Many years ago this second story space in this building was my office space for our family business. We later moved to another location and this space remained vacant for many years. One day we just knew we could make this space special for residential stays and that's exactly what we did. We split the space into two apartments and gave them a great finish.

What makes this property unique

With frontage right on Hwy 11e our location is easy to find and easy to get to the major areas of commerce from the Sevierville areas to our local industrial cities like Morristown or Jefferson City.

Our main advantage is style and space. We have made these unit a joy to stay in and a place of relaxation. We hope you can stay with us.
