Perfect view of the water from the patio and living space. The unit was spotless and had very comfortable beds. Beach chairs and umbrellas were in good condition. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was well maintained. Although we did not actually cook meals there, the kitchen seemed to be fairly well stocked. I would suggest having some plastic tumblers available for drinks on the patio. We would definitely be staying there for our future Florida trips.

A great place. Awesome view of the beach. Spacious unit. Very responsive hosts. The staff at the property are very helpful and follow through. Would definitely come back.

The check-in was super easy, as it’s mostly managed by the on-site management. We liked the overall location and condo property. Our only concern was we did not feel the property was as clean as we were used to. Examples include stains on linens, food still left on couches and chairs, dead flies, hair on floors and dressers, sand still in shower floors. We contacted the owner immediately and they were willing to send cleaners the following day. We were not comfortable with cleaners coming back in once we had arrived to do a job that should have been completed from the beginning. The owner after that communication was radio silent and did not check in again. However, the on-site management team was gracious and offered to help in any way.

It was a beautiful resort, very nice condo with everything you would need! Lovely beach access and pool! Grounds were beautiful and well kept. So far, our favorite place on Longboat!
