This apartment is part of a closed condominium with 24 hour surveillance service. It offers great installations, a nice garden and swimming pool area, paddle
tenis and an infant park. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a nicely decorated living room and terrace with view to the garden and pool area. A kitchen with all necessary installations, like furnace, microwave, wasting and drying machine, etc, are also provided. Lujoso apartamento a muy buen precio

Magnifico, muy bien situado, nuevo y lujoso apartamento. Urbanizacion tranquila y extremadamente bien cuidada. Una de las mejores playas en las que he estado a solo 50 metros. El equipamiento del apartamento es insuperable. La recogida de llaves flexible y muy amable.

Tres bon sejour

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. l'emplacement est idèal, a 5 min de marbeilla et 15 min de puerto banus. la residence est tres bien entretenue accessible directement â la plage à pied. la plage est tres belle avec un restaurant pied dans l'eau.Pour l'appartement, je met 5 etoiles, tres propre et bien equipé meilleur que sur les photos. un grand merci au proprietaire Mr Suarez qui est toujours a l'ecoute est très réactif. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Superbe appartement, cadre majestueux, vue magique de la terrasse..l'appartement et l'environnement sont très calmes.....deux chambres parentales avec SDB et toilettes, çà c'est Génial....chacun à son intimité.....nous avons passé une super et agréable semaine...tout est bien, l'accès à la plage , à Marbella ou autres villes à proximité Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Belnamadena ect ..Merci à Antonio le gardien et à vous Pilar....au plaisir, nous reviendrons ...

Fabulosas vacaciones-Victor

El apartamento está decorado con mucho estilo, con todos los elementos en perfecto fucionamiento y con el máximo confort . Se nota que la propietaria se preocupa por hacer que la estancia de los inquilinos sea agradable La urbanización está muy cuidada en un entorno acogedor y silencioso , con acceso fácil a la playa y a distintos restaurantes. Recomendamos el apartamento para pasar unos días de verdadero descanso y lujo.

Excelente se mire como se mire. Un 10!.

El piso es espectacular. La ubicación, ideal a 2 min de la playa. El entorno muy tranquilo. Viajamos un matrimonio con dos niños, perfecto para huir de aglomeraciones y disfrutar realmente de unas buenas vacaciones. La propietaria, Pilar es encantadora, Antonio, el conserje siempre atento a tus necesidades. Sin duda repetiremos.

El alojamiento, impecable. A 2min de la playa. En la urbanización, ambiente tranquilo y agradable. La sensación de seguridad es un plus. El entorno, playas tranquilas, chiringuitos etc aseguran unas vacaciones completas en todos los sentidos. La propietaria, Pilar es un encanto, Antonio (conserje), siempre pendiente. Sin duda, unas vacaciones para repetir. Matrimonio con dos niños (6años/7meses).

Appartement très agreable, trés calme pour se reposer, prope et bien décoré. Tout était parfait:localisation, qualité de la location, équipement, accueil et gentilesse de la propietaire. Belle piscine á disposition ; les enfants ont adore!! Les bords de plage sont magnifiques. A recommander vivement !!!

hemos estado unos dias en Septiembre que nos han sabido a poco. El partamento inmejorable tanto en equipamientos(dispone de todas las comodidades que se pueden necesitar) como en situacion. La propietaria encantadora, y que ha facilitado que nuestra estancia fuera lo mas agradable posible.Seguro que repetiremos¡¡¡
