Near Honfleur In the heart of the Ingrès valley
charming cottage of 80 m2 with sloping ceilings
 you will be the only tenant in the outbuilding and in the property not overlooked and quiet;
 3 minutes from the old port of Honfleur de la mer, the 1st beach and 15 minutes from Deauville and the harbor
. 1.5 hectare wooded property with entrance and private parking;
heated outdoor pool (opening around May closing early October) plus tennis at your disposal
wifi installed
garden furniture deck chairs barbecue
picnic possibility by the river
possibility weekend rental in the year 350 € mini 2 nights
(except July and August) household linen included
following unreported damage to the tenant, the deposit is now € 700 and I return it within 8 days after the stay
I want to keep my house clean and neat for the happiness of future vacationers
animals are welcome but droppings or other damage must be picked up or repaired

Great property, amazing owner

I have to start with the owner, amazing French lady, extremely helpful and welcoming, she really made our stay wonderful. And gave us good directions and information about surroundings. Property is great, and huge, and looks amazing, is like you rent the Central Park for yourself. Acces is easy, swimming pool is great, tennis court looks good (although not a player). But everything is about the garden. Is like a dream. House is nice, very "Normandy", you have almost everything you need (coffee machine needs an upgrade). Not to mention a welcome surprise with a bottle of cider and jar of jam, local products. Nice touch.... A place to return anytime.

Un petit coin de paradis! Un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances en famille, au calme. Très belle propriété sur un grand terrain clos, bien arboré et entretenu. La piscine et le tennis sont un + indéniable. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée et des petits cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciés! La maison est décorée et meublée avec goût, on s’y sent vite très bien. Pas de points négatifs, nous y reviendrons très certainement. Un séjour réellement parfait ! Merci encore !!!

Annonce mensongère

Une belle propriété et un bon accueil mais nous sommes extrêmement déçus par notre séjour. L'annonce parlait de deux chambres, nous avons donc été surpris de constater que le logement se constituait de deux pièces principales (plus la salle de bains): la première se composait d'un lit, du coin salle à manger et de la cuisine et la seconde de deux lits et du coin salon, le tout sans aucune séparation! Nous avons donc du dormir avec notre bébé et avons passé de mauvaises nuits puisque nous nous gênions mutuellement. Impossible également de profiter de l'intérieur pendant ses siestes puisque notre présence, même discrète, le dérangeait. Nous gardons un souvenir amer des repas pris en silence pendant qu'il essayait de dormir... De plus, la cuisine soi-disante "américaine" était mal équipée et pas vraiment pratique. Je dois également ajouter que je me suis fait mordre toute la semaine par des punaises de lit mais je dois admettre que le logement était très propre. Nous sommes partis plus fatigués qu'en arrivant mais heureux que tout cela soit fini. Inutile de préciser que nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.

Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool top, Tennisplatz auch. Das Appartment ist im 1. Stock eines Nebengebäudes ca 150 m vom Haupthaus entfernt mitten in dem Park ähnlichen Garten. Sehr gute Anbindung an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Honfleur ca. 3 km. Wir hatten eine wundervolle, entspannte Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. 5Sterne sehr zu empfehlen.

Une semaine du 04 au 11 JUILLET 2016 , avec nos deux petits enfants M.E.R.V.E.I.L.L.E.U.X. Nous avons découvert le paradis Le parc arboré , le tennis , la piscine chauffée ......que du bonheur Une petite phrase de mon petit fils " mieux que dans un rêve " Et en bonus , des propriétaires accueillants comme nous en avons rarement trouvés Pour l'année prochaine , pas la peine de chercher ailleurs , c'est trouvé

Jour de l'an entre amis. Descriptif conforme à la réalité. Chambres non cloisonnées mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Literie excellente tout comme l'accueil de la propriétaire qui fait tout pour faire plaisir à ses locataires.

un gîte idéal pour tous

Ce séjour fut très agréable; autant par l'emplacement du gîte à quelques km d'Honfleur, que par l'accueil de Mr et Mme Creignou ou encore le calme ambiant. Le jardin est magnifique, immense et parfait pour se détendre ou laisser les enfants courir. L'exclusivité de l'usage de la piscine chauffée, isolée des regards, encerclée par la verdure fut un bonheur. Le gîte est très bien entretenu, spacieux et confortable. Vraiment, nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet endroit. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement.

Absolument parfait !

Voilà un endroit que l'on peut qualifier d'exquis ! La piscine matinale Était un vrai bonheur , le parc très agréable et le gîte irréprochable. Tout comme Carole, la propriétaire. Discrète mais présente et toujours un petit mot sympa...un endroit parfait !

Un endroit de rêve aux portes d'Honfleur. Propriété remarquablement entretenue par des propriétaires extrêmement chaleureux, disponibles et accueillants. Piscine et tennis entièrement mis à votre disposition. Le paradis pour les enfants comme pour les parents ! A recommander fortement.
