Contemporary villa, quiet, all the comforts

The villa has been recently built (2013). It is ideally located on Route des Lavandières, which leads to the old village of Bormes-les-Mimosas. The villa benefits from optimal sunshine to enjoy the pool all day long, with an ideal temperature of 30°-32° from June to September. It offers all the comforts you might expect from a holiday house. There are 4 large bedrooms (+ 15 sq.m), 2 of which are master suites with en-suite bathrooms. You will also find a large kitchen area and a living room to rest or organise meals. Thanks to the modular table system, daily life can be organise inside, on the terraces of the kitchen and the living room, or by the pool. The kitchen has been equipped with a sink, a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric Weber barbecue. Air conditioning false ceilings can be used to have a cool snap or at night because it is very quiet. For those who love the sea, the most beautiful beaches in Var are 10 minutes away by car. Cabasson, l'Estagnol, Saint Clair, and Cavalière are a few kilometres away. All shops are less than 2 km away. Lavandou, its boutiques, and the Provencal markets are a few minutes away by car. This villa is ideal to enjoy, without any doubts, the most beautiful beaches in Var and the Riviera.

Wonderful Experience

We spent a relaxed week in the Villa with two families . The Villa was well equipped with everything, Polishing of some Details would be good, we advised Details at the Concierge. The Pool is beautiful! Nice view from the Terrace direction to the see. The BBQ is small for 7 people, therefore we brought our own. The cushions are defect.

Alles hat gepasst...gerne immer wieder

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2023 mit 2 Familien in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, es gibt für alle ausreichend Platz. Die Hinfahrt hat leider deutlich länger gedauert als erwartet, die dadurch deutlich notwendige spätere Hausübergabe war problemlos möglich. Der Ort ist sehr schön, der Stand ist in einer knappen halben Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns war es die erste Fahrt in einem vollelektrischen Auto, es gibt vor Ort im Augenblick einige 22kW Ladesäulen und es befindet sich aktuell die erste 50KW Schnellladesäule in der Fertigstellung. Alle Ladesäulen lassen sich problemlos mit den üblichen Ladekarten aktivieren. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können das Haus und den Ort weiterempfehlen. Wir wünschen allen einen genauso schönen Aufenthalt, viele Grüße aus der Pfalz

Très belle propriété

Très belle villa, bien située, calme, très bien agencée et équipée, fonctionnelle, propre, piscine chauffée. Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis et prévoyons d'y retourner.

Le Lavandou - Immer eine Reise wert

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut erreichbar gelegen und lässt hinsichtlich der Ausstattung wenig Wünsche offen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die sehr gute und vollständig Ausstattung der Küche. Wo Licht ist gibt es bekanntlich auch Schatten. Wir warten bis zum Zeitpunkt zu dem wir diese Bewertung schreiben auf die Rückzahlung unserer Kaution (keine Schadensfälle unsererseits). Der Vermieter hatte diese zwar bis Ende April zugesagt, aber den Worten keine Taten folgen lassen. Wir können die Variante mit der Überweisung auf das Konto des Vermieters nicht empfehlen. Trotz wöchentlicher Erinnerungen bekommen wir noch nicht einmal mehr eine Antwort des Vermieters. Hier muss wohl ein Jurist ran.

Es war wie immer toll. Die Anmietung beim Besitzer Monsieur Bisciglia, der Empfang und die Abwicklung durch den Verwalter Monsieur Flouquet verlaufen sehr entspannt, sind absolut professionell und zuverlässig. Das Haus war wie immer perfekt vorbereitet, gepflegt und tiptop sauber. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

wonderful

As a family of 4 we have rented this villa for 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time and were extremely impressed about how clean and technically updated the place is. Everything is very well maintained and in case of questions there is a caretaker to help out. We loved the view and also the salt water pool!!! Even if we did not use it, the outside kitchen is to mention as a big advantage too. The location of the villa is perfect. Within a few minutes you are in Le Lavandou or Bormes and at the beaches. Shopping is also very close by. What else do you wish?! We are planning to come back and thank Roberto and his staff for the friendly uncomplicated process of the rental.

Schöne Villa, ruhig gelegen und tolle Umgebung. Netter Empfang und gute Betreuung durch den Hausabwart. Unkomplizierter Vermieter- schnelle Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Waren im Herbst und Frühling da und kommen gerne wieder. Auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Einige schöne Strände und Märkte in der Umgebung.

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Just returned from an amazing week at this Villa. From the booking process, contact with owner and check in, we can not fault this property. Beautifully situated with a short walk to Bormes Les Mimosas and Intermarche supermarket. Very easy to get to all other amenities and beautiful local beaches with the car. We can not rate this villa highly enough and we will be back.

Traumurlaub im Winter

Wir haben uns selten in einem Haus bzw. einer Ferienwohnung in Frankreich so wohl gefühlt. Alles war tiptop, sauber und funktionierte, von vor allem war alles ganz genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Die Abwicklung und der Empfang haben wunderbar geklappt. Und sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Was will man mehr? Absolut empfehlenswert.

Excellentes vacances

Cette villa est très bien située. Proche de toutes commodités, et à quelques minutes du magnifique vieux Bormes. La villa est parfaite, dotée d'une finition irréprochable. Nous avons pu nous baigner dans une piscine à 29 degrés ! Nous avons énormément apprécié la cuisine extérieure près de la piscine. Proches également des plages et restaurant. L'environnement est calme sauf peut être en début de séjour les bruits de circulation de la route en contre bas (pourtant éloignée) mais on s'y habitue et ne gâche en rien nos vacances. La villa ne manque de rien en vaisselle et électroménager. Les draps de bain, serviettes de toilette sont fournis et les lits sont faits à l'arrivee ainsi que le ménage. C'est vraiment super. Merci à Bruno, notre compatriote nordiste pour son accueil très chaleureux et professionnel à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire également est très sympathique et répond rapidement à toutes questions et demandes si besoin. Vraiment 0 fautes ! Je recommande vivement cette villa tout à fait conforme au descriptif et photos du site homelidays qui de plus est un site TRÈS sérieux. Mme LEROY. LILLE

Une jolie villa de standing
