Appartement avec superbe vue

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l’appartement d’Eric. Celui-ci est très bien décoré et possède une vue magnifique sur le golf de Saint Tropez. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine de 25 mètres en contrebas de l’appartement.- peu fréquentée en cette période de l’année. Nous avons suggéré à Éric de mettre à dispo 2 jeux de clés pour plus d’autonomie même à 2. A noter que cet appartement se situe sur les hauteurs de la résidence (plusieurs niveaux de terrasses) et de ce fait l’accessibilité (même avec le petit funiculaire) peut-être compliquée pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec de lourds bagages.

Modern,verzorgd en net vakantieverblijf in een groot domein. Verblijf is te bereiken via een 20 tal trappen naar een soort skilift en daarna nog een 40 tal trappen naar de ingang. Onbewaakte parking voor de wagen en zwembad op straatniveau. Centrum Sainte Maxime op +/- 20 min loopafstand, strand van La Nartelle op +/- 25 min loopafstand.

Cadre magnifique et appartement fonctionnel, meublé et décoré avec goût.

Propriété très bien tenue, propre, agrémentée de plantes et de verdure. La piscine est magnifique. L accès à la mer est sympa mais la plage est peu entretenue (plage publique). Le seul bémol, la rigidité du gardien refusant l emploi d un petit ballon et d un tout petit bateau d un enfant de 2 ans dans la piscine sachant que la pataugeoire était tous les après-midis occupée par des retraitées propriétaires.

Une semaine de détente au top dans un appartement qui a répondu à l'ensemble de nos attentes. Très vite nous nous sommes senti "bien chez nous" ! Le conforme général est très appréciable. Cet appartement si situe entre la plage de la Nartelle et le centre de St-Maxime. La tranquillité de l'endroit ainsi que cette vue.... inoubliable, sont autant d'atout qui donneront certainement envie de revenir très bientôt chez Vous. Superbe appartement décoré sobrement et avec beaucoup de goût, équippé juste comme il faut, et avec une vue magnifique. Belle grande piscine et accès aisé à une plage publique. Proche des plages de la Nartelle et du centre de Ste Maxime. Un regal !

This luxurious and comfortable apartment is located in a co-ownership standing near the port of Sainte-Maxime. You can enjoy from the patio and living room with an exceptional view over the bay of Saint-Tropez.

The apartment was renovated in 2013 offers all the necessary comforts for a relaxing quiet holiday.

The bedding in the sleepingroom as well as the sofa bed (N°1 Leather)in the livingtoom have been selected in excellent suppliers to guarantee a deep sleep.

The living is equipped with a big screen TV, Wi-Fi internet access (ADSL), a telephone.

A large kitchen, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ..) allow you cook your best food in ideal conditions.

The entire apartment has an air conditioning system.

Guests can enjoy sunbathing in the garden sun loungers while enjoying the magnificent view of the sea
