Two-room apartment of 40 m, second floor, furnished with taste and care by the owner with attention to all details.
The living area consists of a living room-kitchen with table, chairs, sofa bed for one and a half, TV and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and hob.
The sleeping area with double bed and if desired you can make a camping bed available.
The bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine area.
the structure is close to the Meyer and Careggi hospital, Centro Oncologico Fiorentino, for those who need to assist a patient or come for visits, discounts can be made. (if there isn't already a promotion)
The owner is waiting for you to spend pleasant moments in her small home.
for those arriving after 10 pm a supplement of 25 euros will be applied.
