Beautifully appointed apartment, well located for tourist activities in Florence

Massimo was very welcoming and pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is lovely and well appointed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Close to the city centre, (walking distance) and major attractions, this apartment is very well situated for tourists, and also locals wishing a get-away. Would have no trouble recommending this property.

A Fantastic Apartment, great location

What a fantastic apartment!!! It is just as represented on the web site, beautifully furnished, well maintained and equipped, and very quiet. The lift was great, as we were nearing the end of our holiday and the bags were pretty heavy. The garage is a bonus if you have a car, but you don’t need one if you stay at Massimo apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Piazza del Duomo, and an even shorter walk along the Arno to Ponte Vecchio. You can walk to just about every point of interest in Florence from this great apartment. Massimo was very friendly, helpful and accommodating – a wonderful host and representative of Florence. We would highly recommend staying here, and would love to return some day.

comme chez nous !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le logement. Massimo nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et nous a renseigné très précisément. L'appartement est très chaleureux, propre, bien décoré et équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, comme chez nous! Il est bien situé : on peut y garer la voiture, puis se déplacer à pieds (15-20 minutes pour arriver dans le centre de Florence, ou à la gare) ou bien avec les transports en commun. Le tram pour l'aereoport passe pas loin. Le grand Parc des Cascine est à 5 minutes, pour balades ou jogging. Nous avons dit à Massimo que nous reviendrons !

Sehr geschmackvolles Appartement

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Appartement¡ sehr praktischer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, von der man mit dem Aufzug schnell direkt zum Appartement kommt¡ hilfsbereiter, netter Vermieter¡ 30 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle vom Elektrobus ins Zentrum.

Dans une ville géniale, un appartement génial

Un appartement situé à 300m de centre historique de Florence. Un appartement de luxe, tout confort, il ne manquait rien, une place de parking dans le garage de l'immeuble à coté de l'ascenseur. Et un propriétaire adorable.
