Remodeled Gulf front condo with a 22-foot-long balcony for family fun at Regency Towers #406 East. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo offers stunning views and easy beach access with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella set up on the beach.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and inviting space with coastal accents that reflect the colors of the water just outside. The newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and both a Keurig and a 10-cup coffee maker.
Whether you’re making breakfast for the crew or prepping snacks for the beach, this kitchen is up to the task. The dining table seats four, with additional bar seating - great for kids or casual meals.

The master bedroom extends the beautiful upscale experience with a king bed, private balcony access, and a brand-new en-suite bathroom for a relaxing spa retreat at the end of the day. A convenient half bath helps make mornings easier, especially with little ones. A new HVAC system keeps everyone comfortable and cool during summer stays.

With large flat-screen TV’s, free Wi-Fi, travertine floors, and a washer and dryer in the unit, you will have all the conveniences of home while enjoying one of the best locations on the beach. It’s a perfect setup for couples or small families looking to make lasting beach memories together.

Property amenities include: Two complimentary lounging chairs and beach umbrella set up daily on the beach from March 1st through November 1st, outdoor pool, elevator, and tennis courts. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are easily accessible including a new “quaint” market store, called The Local, literally right across the street. 2023 vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit and we were well pleased. The ease of checking in and out always goes smoothly. The maintenance man works hard keeping the pool and area looking clean and well cared for. We look forward to returning next year.

Nice oceanfront condo

Great place, exactly as shown in the photos. The powder room was a nice bonus, even just for the two of us. Only slight downside is that there isn't any convenience store, coffee shop, etc. anywhere close to just grab a few necessities throughout the week. Josh with the gopher carts at Waves was fantastic & almost became our personal transportation & tour guide. Kasey, who works with him was just as great! Fantastic vacation, overall!

Great condo!

We had a great week at this beautiful condo. Decor was great! Condo had everything we needed except a dust pan lol. Balcony is awesome. Condo building was being painted so some noise and smell disturbance from pressure washer/paint fumes in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again😊

Nice location for older adults

We booked a beachfront condo with a king bed and had to relocate due to construction being done on the building. The condo we were moved to was nice, but we lost the view and the king bed to a side view of the Gulf and two queen size beds. The unit was nice and provided everything we needed. Would stay again, but would hope to get what we paid for.

And I LOVED the Adirondack chairs and ottoman’s that glide and are on the balcony looking out at the gulf!!!

Great stay but beach chairs aren’t free

Wonderful condo but the heading when we booked said beach chair set up is free. It is not. Other than that, we had a great stay!

It comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. It sounds like you either didn't talk to the beach service attendants or you wanted more than 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. But that service IS 100% free. Hopefully, if you stay again we can assist you with that. We're always available to our guests should you need anything. We hope to see you again in the future.

Outstanding everything!

Just can’t say enough good about this property. Beautiful place beautiful view. And shout out to the cleaning crew. The place was spotless. We had plenty of everything. Writing this even though the weather was cold and we didn’t get to beach as much as we normally do. Still the condo covered because the balcony views amazing. Relaxed and safe. Will be back God willing!! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We loved this unit because of the Beach front access & views of the ocean. We also loved the beach decor inside, which persuade us to purchase a Pelican decor from Flounder's Gift Shop to remember our visit. Every morning we would enjoy our breakfast & and in the evening our supper out on the balcony. We will definitely be coming back!
