Very close to the most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Ajaccio, this cosy house of 75 m2 offers a panoramic sea view from its terrace with dining table and electric awning. The fenced garden is an ideal place to sunbath, refresh with the solar shower or to make barbecue.

This charming house is spacious and functional. The ground floor is divided between the well equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and the bright living room with dining table, fireplace and access to the terrace.

The house has a loft bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Two more double bedrooms are located on the basement floor and come with large windows at the garden's level. On the same floor are located a spacious bathroom with bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.

Free and unlimited fibre optic Wi-Fi is available for our guests. The residence is provided of a car park and a tennis court.

The property is located 2 km from the centre of Porticcio, where you can find a boat shuttle allowing you to make a pleasant crossing of the gulf and reaching Ajaccio old harbour in a just 20 minutes.

Popular tourist spot, the south shore of the gulf of Ajaccio offers the possibility to practice water sports, horse riding, tennis and golf. In the vicinity, you will find several amenities such as supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants and several clothing stores, as well as typical souvenir and local handicraft shops.

Emplacement avec vue exceptionnelle sur le golf d'Ajaccio et les Îles Sanguinaires. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit dejeuner et le dîner dans un tel décor. Maison agréable avec surtout un accueil exceptionnel de la part de Sabrina qui a été aux petits soins pour nous qui arrivions tard et qui su se rendre disponible pour nous rapporter à l'aéroport un objet que l'on croyait perdu.

Wohnung in der gepflegten Anlage ist in Ordnung und mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer . In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an sehr schönen Stränden (zB Rupione, Plage d’Argent) mit Strandbars, Surfverleih, Schatten oder zum NachtClub in Porticcio 20 Minuten zu Fuß - für unsere Jungs war das wichtig. Kleiner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar - hier keine Gastro! Sabrina ist eine sehr nette , hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Zu empfehlen!

Schönes Objekt wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht und Ajaccio. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz und für uns war dieser Strand ideal. Dieser Strand war nie voll und wir konnten hier unseren Hund mitnehmen (gar kein Problem). Der Weg zu den Geschäften, Bäckerei etc. ca. 2 km. Zu Fuß nicht so schön, da man halt an der Hauptstraße entlang muss. Mit dem Auto kein Problem.

sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

13 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung Ende Mai-Anfang Juni war sehr erholsam. Der Weg zu einem nahegelegenen Strand ca. 450 m. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem großen Supermarkt ca. 2 km entfernt. Alles einwandfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Une vue magnifique à toute heure!

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison pendant 15 jours et étions 6 adultes . La maison est très fonctionnelle. La description qui en est faite est très fidèle à la réalité. Une plage très sympathique est accessible en moins de 10 mn à pieds. La propriétaire est accueillante et disponible. Une bonne adresse !

Perfect location for a lovely holiday/ Location idéal

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Lots of space for our family of five plus grandma. Our favorite beach was Agosta which is just a 20-30 minute walk. There is a closer beach (5-10 minutes) but our boys preferred the sandy beaches of Agosta. And Agosta has the restaurant Chez Alain that has the best mussels in Corsica-- in our opinion potentially in the world (and we've eaten a lot of mussels). We had a warm reception by Sabrina who even came after the first week with fresh towels and sheets. The rooms on the bottom floor can be hot, but the ocean view and location makes it well worth it. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Beaucoup d'espace pour notre famille de cinq personnes et notre grand-mère. Notre plage préférée était Agosta, à 20-30 minutes à pied. Il y a une plage plus proche (5-10 minutes) mais nos garçons ont préféré les plages de sable fin d'Agosta. Et Agosta a le restaurant Chez Alain qui a les meilleures moules de Corse - à notre avis potentiellement dans le monde (et nous avons mangé beaucoup de moules). Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de Sabrina qui est même venue après la première semaine avec des serviettes et des draps propres. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée peuvent être chaudes, mais la vue sur l’océan et son emplacement le valent bien.

An enjoyable holiday

This is a very comfortable, well equipped house. The sea views from the terrace and garden were fabulous. It is a short walk to the nearest beach and a short drive into Porticcio where we found everything we needed. We took the ferry across to Ajaccio, accompanied by dolphins. Sabrina was very friendly and helpful.

Ravissante maison avec une vue magnifique sur la bais d'Ajacio

Jolie petite maison bien agencée. une salle d'eau et une salle de bain. Deux toilette. Rien ne manque. Une formidable terrasse avec une vue de rêve sur la baie. Seul petit bémol.... le petit escalier pour descendre aux chambres un peu raide et étroit. Super séjour dans cette Corse du sud somptueuse.
