507 West at Regency Towers is on the Gulf. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The fifth floor balcony is great place to watch for dolphins or enjoy the Sunset. This condo has a king size bed as well as a xl twin roll away bed and a chair that pulls out into a small sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower with amazing water pressure . Also you have a brand new washer and dryer set, smart tvs and free parking

Property was exactly as listed. Flexible booking, generous and patient hosts. Great location. There was still leftover debris in the unit from the last guests including a dog bone, lots of sand, and a wrapper in the living room. There were towels sitting in the washer that were left with a mildew smell, so they had to be rewashed before we could wash our towels. The AC is connected to the patio, so the patio can get very hot and loud.Also, important to bring your own body wash. There are only little bars and dish soap. All small details, we had a wonderful stay overall.

Very clean condo and building. If you like quiet and relaxing, this is the place to be! Pool, beach, and bed were all great! Everything that we could have needed was on premises. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Condo was well-equipped and accommodated four adults comfortably despite being a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. All necessary amenities were readily available. While situated further down the island, away from the main strip's hustle, it remained easily accessible. The balcony offered stunning views. Our pet dog was welcomed without any issues. I would highly recommend this place.

The lobby of the condo smelled so bad, we were there for 8 days and you could tell what days they cleaned. Other than that, things were great! The bed is surprisingly very comfortable. Easy and very convenient access to the beach.That part of the beach was fabulous! Wide beach and it did not have those huge drop offs caused by the water. Our dogs loved the balcony and the big window with the chase, they definitely people watched on the beach lol Note to other pet owners, check under furniture when you arrive. We had about 20 minutes of chasing down our small dogs who were able to find literally everything (under the bed, couch and tables), but that’s no fault of the owners, just something those with dogs need to think about when going into a shared space.

This is the second condo I have owned at Regency Towers. When this unit became available in 2012 I bought it, as I wish I would have never sold my other unit. Their is a real feel of community at Regency Towers and the pride shows. I know you will enjoy the uncrowded beach and clear water.

Visitors choose this property for the great beach. Only a elevator ride and a few steps to the sugar white sand of Pensacola Beach.
