Excellent multi-generational family property

Simply an excellent property perfect for multi-generational family holidays. Perfect location to reach the city centre and beaches either by free bus, bike, foot or car. Only 900m from Biarritz rugby stadium. Very well equipped property and excellent communication from the owner throughout.

The house is better then on the pictures... we enjoyed out stay a to (even the weather was not that good)... Shuttle Bus nearby and great bakery 20meters aways... they just opened a small shop nearby... so perfect!

A restful holiday in Biarritz

Spacious, well appointed property- ideal for our group of 6 with varying interests (eg cooking, sports, beach). The pool was used extensively. The location of the villa is actually excellent. Other reviewers rightly point out the proximity of the boulangerie. This is fabulous. The boucherie - 5 mins - is equally splendid. From ham to roast chickens, from foie gras to eggs, from wine to anything you might wish. A great find. The sports complex up the hill (15 mins) has all you want for cultural discovery- pelote basque compétition, the rugby club and the tennis courts. And then, 25 minutes away are the beaches - huge fun to battle the waves and the surf board.

Amazing home

This place is exactly like the pictures or better. We were 7 ranging in ages. Kids from 12-25 and two adults. Everyone had their space, we did barbecues, close walking to the city centre. We really enjoyed the beach la plage de la chambre d’amour. I would come back.

Séjour agréable ds cette maison décorée avec goût à 15 mn à pied du centre .Les pièces sont grandes et les chambres spacieuses avec literies confortables . Petit bémol le jardin exposé sud est ne nous permettait pas de profiter pleinement du lieu l après midi .

Het huis is ontzettend mooi. Prachtig ingericht, grote kamers, heel ruim huis. Mooie tuin met zwembad. Goede locatie met alles op loopafstand. Hele aardige en relaxte eigenaar!

Great house for a family vacation

We had the pleasure to spend 9 days in this Biarritz home in July. Patrick was helpful and responded within minutes on all our questions. Only French/ Spanish speaking, but everything worked out through Google translate:-) Nice home with four bedrooms and nice, quite back yard with a heated pool. We experienced some days with high temperatures where lack of aircondition was a loss, but overall a great house for two families. 20 minuts walk to city center and beaches, but free busses stop 50 meters from the door. Overall a great house for a family vacation, and Biarritz has everything we needed from excellent restaurants, shops and beaches perfect for surfing or just a relaxing day.

Excellent family property

The property exceeded our expectations with lots of extra touches that made it a very comfortable stay in Biarritz. A car would be useful but not essential for shopping trips. Heated pool, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor grill, comfortable beds, full air con would have been a plus but fans sufficient. Patrick very helpful despite language barrier and no issues with check-in or check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent séjour en famille. Les photos correspondent en tout point. Beaucoup de goût en terme de décoration. La maison est grande et convient parfaitement à 8 personnes. Maison très bien entretenue et très propre. Le seul bémol est peut être de monter et descendre les escaliers mais cela fait le charme de cette maison et cela fait travailler les mollets...Nous recommandons cette location .
